* Cleaning and organizing the work areas. Being organized is very important because this way all tools necessary for work can be found easily

* Transferring your patients to and from their treatment areas, which includes helping to lift them

*Arrange treatment supplies to keep them in order and neat so there is easy access to the supplies needed

*Change lines such as bed sheets or pillow cases

* Secure patients onto the therapy equipmentto make sure they get on safely

such as the different reactions of people

* Public safety such as proper procedures they need to take while helping their patients

* Knowledge on therapy and counseling for their procedures, principles, and methods used everyday

* English language so they can have a clear communication with their patients

* Social perceptiveness- Being aware of others reactions and knowing what to do when they react

* Speaking well to all the patients so they understand you clearly

*Good coordination is needed to assist the patients

* Critical thinking is needed when fast decisions are made for the patients and what is best for them

* monitoring others is a part of this job because it consists of constantly watching the patients

Pay: *The hourly pay is from $8.33- $16.39*The yearly pay is from $17,330-$34,100

Work activities:*The work environment consists of assisting and caring for other, which includes lifting people, helping them onto equipment, and helping them with their physical activity

Advancements: *Some physical therapist aides advance to becoming a therapist assistant if they do their job well

Which Career I liked best?

The career that I liked best and showed most interest for is a set and exhibit designer. This career interests me more because I love to use my creativity and imagination through designing. I feel that this career will come naturally to me and I will also enjoy it too
