PE1.2 Project objective
Design and fabrication of export trunk line and multiple production pipeline structures
Installation of 220-km, 44-inch concrete-coated export pipeline
Installation of 34-km, 24-inch CRA-clad production pipelines
Installation of 34-km, 14-inch CRA-clad utility pipelines
Installation of 34-km, 6-inch carbon steel MEG flow lines
Installation of subsea structures (including 14 PLETs, 6 in-line tees and 41 counteract
structures)
Flooding, gauging and testing (FGT) of pipeline

PE1. My responsibilities Chevron Project Engineer on the Wheatstone Project. Presently
working within platform engineering team. Prior to that worked as field engineer for offshore
dredging, rock dumping, pipelay, trunk line shore pull and FCGT.
Implementing and working to the Quality Management System Procedures and work instructions
according to Chevron & All Seas. Working to AWS D1.1-2010 and DNV-OS-F101-Submarine
Pipeline Systems.
. Coordinate NDT & PWHT.
. Final Visual Inspection of all welds.
. Qualify and maintain WPS & Welders Qualifications.
. Perform Inspections in accordance with ITP's.
. Random recording and verification of welding operators to qualified
WPS.
. Coordinate and manage repair of welds and maintain welder repair register.
. Identify and segregate non-conforming products.
. Ensure welding consumables are correctly stored and maintained as per manufacturer's
recommendations, verify and sign off certificates.
. Archiving of product documentation.
. Calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
. Other duties as determined by the Project Quality Manager, on specific contracts.
Personal Engineering Activity
PE1.5
Chevron Project Engineer - Wheatstone Upstream Platform Engineering.
Responsible for Mechanical, Piping and HVAC Engineering disciplines.
Responsible for managing 2x engineering service contractors. Responsibilities include
commercial governance, technical assurance and scheduling.
Management of Change Coordinator for Wheatstone Platform. Role requires me to review all
proposed changes and provide preliminary assessment of whether change is acceptable.
PE1.6
Chevron Package Engineer - Wheatstone Upstream Secondary Stabilization Project. Office
based position with regular site visits.
Responsible for quarry production. Required regular quarry visits to ensure rock production met
quality and schedule requirements. Client Representative onboard dredging and rock dumping
vessels for up to 3 weeks at a time. When in the office I worked on commercial analysis,
document review, scheduling, letter writing, quality assurance, readiness reviews and
coordination of trench acceptance.

Wheatstone Upstream Trunk line Design Team.
Focused on the design of the Wheatstone Trunk line crossings.
Involved with testing being undertaken at the UWA O-Tube facility as part of the Wheatstone
Project and Stable pipe JIP program. This work was a continuation of my final year thesis
involving the mini O-Tube at UWA.
PE1.8
Chevron Field Engineer - Wheatstone Upstream Trunk line Installation Package. Site based
rotational position.
Responsibilities included but were not limited to answering of technical queries, quality
assurance, HSE management and resolving onsite issues. Field engineer for Trunk line shore
pull, onshore hydrotest pond construction and Flood, Clean, Gauge and Hydrotest (FCGT) of
trunk line.
Client Representative onboard pipelay barge. Prior to mobilization I assisted with gaining
regulatory approvals from Pilbara Port Authority and Wheatstone Downstream.

Chevron Project Engineer on the Wheatstone Project. Presently working within platform
engineering team. Prior to that worked as field engineer for offshore dredging, rock dumping,
pipelay, trunk line shore pull and FCGT. I completed a bachelor degree in mechanical
engineering from Washington global university
