• Proper facilitation can help for (honest) self-assessment by partners

• Self-assessment facilitated by CARE is also welcomed even by INGO partner

• It was a kind of capacity building as partners could adopt and use it

• It is better and helpful to include all staff members including field coordinators and board members

• It has been a reminder for partners in all aspects of organizational capacity

• ຂະຍລຌກາຌຎະເມີຌ ຉໟຨຄກາຌລິເາະແຍຍິຄໃແໟ \ ຊໞາງຨຈຨຨກາກຸກຊໟຨງໍາຂຨຄຨົຄກຨຌ - ໞາຌ ຍຸຌັຍ ແຏຌຄາຌພັຈະຌາິໆຄແລຈໟຨມ
