Introduction

Most of us have always thought of doctors as the

authority on health. We think that they'll do

anything they can to restore our health and that

they always have the best intentions for us. But we

tend to forget that doctors are humans too. The

shocking truth is, most doctors would never tell

their diabetic patients that their diabetes can be

cured. If you try to ask if there's anything else to be

done for your diabetes, they'll shake their heads

knowledgeably, laugh, and tell you, "There's no

cure for diabetes! Everybody knows that!" In

medical school, students are taught to tell patients

that diabetic treatments exist, but not cures.

However, this cannot be further from the truth.

There is a known cure for diabetes and has been for

over 40 years. The problem is, doctors don’t want

to convey that to their patients. Looking back at

2001, over 934,000 American citizens had died that

year from symptoms related to diabetes.

Some of these very serious symptoms include liver

failure, high blood pressure, obesity, high blood

sugar, renal failure, weakened metabolism, and

various coronary related problems. If only doctors

had told their patients the truth, then perhaps

more diabetic patients would still be alive and well.

Now the big question is, what do you do if you

contract diabetes? Well, for most people, they only

know about traditional medical treatments because

those are what their doctors recommended.

Page 6: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 6

Unfortunately, these treatments will result in

many of the negative health symptoms we just

mentioned. It has gotten to the point where

people with these symptoms are not aware

that they are usually caused by diabetes.

Instead, the symptoms are treated as separate

diseases that need their own special

treatments, creating yet another endless loop

of pills, procedures, and payments. To put it

bluntly, it's just another way for the big

pharmaceutical companies to earn more

money off unknowing average Joes like you and

me.

The plain truth is that curing diabetes would

cure these symptoms. Of course, sometimes

these symptoms are indeed caused by reasons

other than diabetes. However, doctors typically

have the ability to determine whether a

patient's symptoms are caused by diabetes or

something else. If doctors were truthful about

diabetes being one of the main causes, it would

save their patients so much time, money, and

pain from experimenting with treatments that

sometimes do more harm than good!

So, what you need to understand is that there

is a cure for Type 2 Diabetes. After you read

this book, you will grow to understand and

believe that. You may even be angry at the

medical industry for not being honest with you

about the cure. But you won't need those

people nor their medications anymore—this

book will teach you how to get rid of your

diabetes.

Diabetes As An Industry

In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

little known about diabetes and the ways to treat it.

As time went on, more people became aware of

diabetes than ever before in history. Health

professionals and doctors learned about it too, but

they also learned the best ways of treating it. The

problem is they buried the treatments they knew

would work and replaced them with the ones they

knew wouldn’t work.

Over the last 80 years, the diabetes industry has

turned into this special medical community that

purposely encourages ineffective modern diabetes

treatments and then fraudulently shuts out anyone

else who tries to call them out on it. This practice

has become almost like a religion in which so many

patients believe.

To them, the doctors are like the priests they visit

to get help with their problems. Patients put all

their faith into doctors and hope they will tell them

the truth about how to fix their problems.

Unfortunately, modern-day doctors don't tell

patients the truth about what it takes to treat

diabetes. What’s even worse is most of these

doctors have probably never cured anyone’s

diabetes before, with their so-called treatments. If

only their patients knew that.

Page 8: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 8

Adding insult to injury, this devious medical

community has a great deal of political power and

financial influence. They use that influence to

persuade regulatory agencies to approve their drug

treatments, even though they are ineffective.

Sometimes they’ll even conduct insufficient or

unnecessary testing on patients just to rack up the

bill for them even more. Dr. Herbert Ley, who is a

former commissioner of the Food & Drug

Administration (FDA), says that the public is not

really being protected by the FDA when it comes to

these approved-yet-ineffective drugs.

This medical community also has a great deal of

influence over health insurance companies. The

community wants to make sure that no patient will

get insurance coverage for alternative medical

treatments, even if they are effective in treating

the disease.

Instead, people are forced to go to a licensed

doctor who will prescribe them the standard

medical treatment for diabetes, which won’t do a

thing to help them. Every single state in the United

States has licensed doctors who provide this

standard treatment.

Now, there are some licensed doctors called

naturopaths who do perform alternative medical

treatments on patients. Most health insurance

companies will cover any kind of treatment as long

as it’s performed by a licensed doctor. The problem

here is that there are far fewer naturopaths than

there are traditional doctors—1400 naturopaths

versus 3.4 million doctors.

Page 9: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 9

So why would the medical community influence

the limitations on insurance coverage?

Basically, they want to keep money flowing

through the mainstream drug industry. That

way they can convince more patients to pay for

pricier treatments on a regular basis. By doing

that, it will put more money in the pockets of

the doctors and the mainstream drug industry.

The influence of the medical community even

extends to the control of media publications

about diabetes. If you’ve ever read a diabetes

magazine, you’ll notice there are a lot of ads in

them that promote diabetes supplies. None of

these magazines are ever going to publish the

truth about diabetes. Instead, you’ll see articles

or advertisements for drugs that do very little

to help diabetics. After all, why would a

diabetes magazine ever want to advertise a

cure for diabetes?

If they did that, there would be no point in

reading their publication anymore because

everyone with diabetes would just get cured

sooner or later. Therefore, the publications

continue to stay in business by being dishonest.

The only way to find a publication that’s not

entirely dishonest is to find one that doesn’t

advertise diabetes supplies.

Aside from the doctors in the medical

community, there are different scientific

associations connected to it that ask for

donations to help develop a cure for diabetes.

However, year after year they claim that

they're just so close to finding the cure—they

just need more money! The only thing these

associations can do is spew worthless

"scientific" advice on how to treat diabetes

symptoms (not the disease itself—just the

symptoms).

Page 10: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 10

They even go so far as to say that glycemic tables

aren't helpful, which is untrue because glycemic

tables are extremely handy for diabetics. Another

time they advocated margarine and its supposed

benefits to the heart, despite the fact that it has

been widely recognized as an unhealthy substitute

for butter due to its ingredients and highly

processed nature—margarine is a contributing

factor in diabetes development and heart failure.

Extensive medical research done over the last 40

years has revealed is that diabetes, a degenerative

disease, is the direct result of consumption of

engineered food. In other words, most foods that

we eat are unhealthy because they were

engineered in a laboratory and not produced

naturally from the earth.

The food engineering industry thrives on keeping

costs as low as possible by using whatever

chemicals available, with profit margins as their

main goal. The public's health is the last thing on

their minds.

Like the medical community, the food engineering

community also wants to prevent people from

learning how their food is linked to diabetes. They

don't release their scientific findings of how

diabetes is mainly caused by the engineered fats

and oils so readily available in our supermarkets—

not even to medical school students. But now that

you’re reading this, you know that diabetes is

curable and that anyone who tells you otherwise is

lying and probably associated with the corrupt

medical community that wants to bury this

information.

The History Of Diabetes

The first popular case of diabetic treatment came in

1922 after a 14-year-old girl with diabetes was

given injectable insulin at Toronto General Hospital.

The pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly obtained the

license necessary to manufacture the injectable

insulin, and the medical community considered this

form of diabetic treatment to be a great success.

However, in 1933 a new form of diabetes was

discovered which insulin could not treat. The

American Journal of Medical Sciences printed a

paper titled “Studies on Diabetes Mellitus” which

talked about a disease epidemic that had

similarities to the diabetes case from 1922. The

problem was that the injectable insulin used in that

case was not able to treat this new form of

diabetes. And not only was insulin ineffective, it

could also be fatal to the patient.

This form of diabetes became known as "insulin-

resistant diabetes" due to its similarity in raised

blood sugar levels. The one—yet most significant—

difference was that the levels couldn't be lowered

with insulin this time.

In the late 1930s and early 1940s, doctors began to

understand that diabetes and diet were directly

associated, and many succeeded in treating this

disease through diet management. At the turn of

the 20th century, there was a 0.0028% incidence of

diabetes per-capita.

Page 12: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 12

In 1933, this percentage increased by 1000%

throughout the U.S., which meant that more

people were going to the doctor to treat the

disease.

By the time the 1990s rolled around, more than

50% of the American population had some form of

diabetes and 20% of them were debilitated by it. All

this can be attributed to the great increase in

processed and engineered food that took place

over the course of the 20th century.

The medical community finally discovered in 1950

through serum insulin tests that this new form of

diabetes was in fact distinguished by its excess of

blood insulin. The original form of diabetes needed

injectable insulin; this new form meant that insulin

injections were completely ineffective in bringing

down blood sugar levels and could even bring them

up to lethal levels!

However, this new form of diabetes had been

referred to as diabetes up until that point. So, the

medical community decided to call it Type II

diabetes while the older form became known as

Type I diabetes. When someone has Type I, it is due

to their pancreas not being able to produce enough

insulin on its own. That’s why insulin injections are

successful at treating patients with Type I and not

Type II.

Historians believe if dietary practices had been

given to patients at the very start of the diabetes

epidemic, then perhaps it would be more widely

accepted as a curable disease, through proper diet

management. Instead, the medical community has

been pushing diabetic drugs since the 1950s while

supposedly searching for a cure for Type II

diabetes.

Page 13: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 13

Difference Between A Treatment And A Cure

The medical community has been searching for a

miracle drug which can treat the symptoms of Type

II diabetes the same way that insulin treats the

symptoms of Type I diabetes. However, this miracle

drug would not necessarily be a cure for the

disease.

It would only cause the adverse symptoms of the

disease to go into remission on a temporary basis.

Then the patient would have to continue taking the

drug for the rest of their life in order to keep the

symptoms in remission.

You’re probably wondering why they don’t use

natural medication. Well, natural medication

cannot be patented and it is easier for people to

get over-the-counter at a very cheap price.

Patentable drugs, on the other hand, can be

restricted to just one pharmaceutical company,

which means they can set the price as high as they

want.

Of course, the drug would need to be subject to

FDA approval so that physicians can legally

prescribe it to their diabetic patients. The testing

that is required to get the drug approved is highly

expensive, which further limits the pharmaceutical

company’s competition. As a result, doctors will

only prescribe drugs that don’t cure the patient

while suppressing the any idea of natural

medications that would cure them.

Page 14: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 14

Hence the modern medical community is in the

business of prescribing treatments instead of cures.

After all, if you give a cure to a patient, you

eliminate their diabetes and they won’t have to

come back to the doctor again to purchase more of

their services or medication.

But if you prescribe treatments that temporarily

suppress their symptoms, then patients will keep

coming back over and over again to the doctor. This

not only makes it profitable for the doctor but also

for the pharmaceutical companies which

manufacture the drugs that are being prescribed.

So, are all doctors and drug companies greedy?

Some may not be, but it doesn’t matter anyway.

The FDA will never let a doctor or drug company

use the word “cure” when describing their

medicine because it is prohibited.

They aren’t even allowed to tell patients that

certain natural substances can cure their diabetes.

Instead, they just go along with the lie and

prescribe treatments that suppress the symptoms

temporarily.

Page 15: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 15

Symptom Capitalism

In the late 1940s, the medical community decided

to change their practice of curing diseases with the

practice of relieving the symptoms caused by

diseases. This was due to the discovery of Type II

diabetes and its resistance to insulin. Therefore, the

medical community changed their marketing tactics

of how they described the symptoms of diseases.

Instead of telling patients the symptoms of

diabetes, the symptoms themselves suddenly

became classified as separate diseases which

required their own separate treatments.

By doing this, drug companies could then

manufacture all kinds of new drug products which

treated each particular symptom temporarily. Then

people would have to keep taking each drug to

treat each symptom while making the medical

community a whole lot of money in the process.

For example, heart failure is a symptom of

diabetes. This has always been known in the

medical community ever since diabetes was first

discovered. However, the medical community

started telling patients that heart failure was its

own disease without ever mentioning its

relationship to diabetes.

Heart specialists would prescribe treatments to

patients for their heart issues, which would never

cure their problem. After a while, many of these

patients ended up needing bypass surgery on their

heart because their heart condition was never

cured.

Page 16: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 16

If only they were told about its link to diabetes

and the natural ways to cure that disease, then

so many people could avoid ever having to get

heart surgery.

The American Heart Association has discovered

that roughly 50% of Americans suffer from at

least one symptom of diabetes. In addition,

33% of Americans are morbidly obese and 50%

are overweight. It used to be that older adults

would be the only ones who would get

diabetes. Nowadays, the disease is being

discovered in children as young as six years old.

Numerous degenerative diseases like these

come from some kind of endocrine system

failure. This is the system responsible for the

functionality of the thyroid, adrenal, testes,

ovaries, hypothalamus, pancreas, pineal and

pituitary glands. These are responsible for the

production of hormones, and can affect nearly

all organ function in the body. Even doctors in

the 1930s understood that insulin-resistant

diabetes came from a problem in the endocrine

system. Then as more sugary, fatty, and oily

foods began to get manufactured throughout

the 20th century, more cases of diabetes began

to emerge.

Do not assume all oils and fats are bad, though.

There are healthy oils and fats which occur

naturally that are beneficial to the body. But

the ones you have to watch out for are

engineered oils and fats. The main difference

you should note isn't between saturated and

unsaturated fat and oil; you should be paying

attention to natural versus engineered foods.

Page 17: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

The Lifestyle Epidemic Vs. Diabetes

Since 1901, food companies started to manufacture

food products through the use of automated

machines in factories. They saw that this method of

food production was much quicker and much more

profitable than just relying on farmers and

harvesters to produce the food for them. However,

people were still wary of food that wasn’t fresh off

the farm. These manufactured food items certainly

didn’t taste as good as fresh farm food.

The company Crisco once tried to convince

American housewives to buy their products by

giving away 2.5 pound cans of their artificial butter.

This attempt failed and processed food products

would continue to fail until the 1930s came along.

This was the decade when the Great Depression hit

the United States and left many people struggling

to make ends meet. Because everyone was

struggling to pay for food, it created an opportunity

for food manufacturers to sell their hydrogenated

and refined food products to Americans at cheap

prices. Soon the opposition from the dairy industry

toward artificial butter like margarine started to

fade away.

During the height of World War II, artificial butter

became even more popular because there was not

enough natural butter to supply the military and

civilians with. This caused the dairy industry to

decline and the food manufacturing companies to

become more profitable.

Page 18: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 18

Because of this, grocery stores stopped selling

fish oils and flax oils, which used to be very

popular among Americans. In modern times,

the only way you can get your hands on these

oils is if you go to a health food store and

purchase them as a dietary supplement. The

same goes for coconut oil as well.

It used to be common in supermarkets, but got

a bad rep thanks to the media's great success at

painting all fat in a bad light. Now instead of

coconut oil, supermarkets have cheaper

processed oils like rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil,

and soy oil. This has been a big cause of the

obesity epidemic that exists today, as coconut

oil had been one of the most effective foods for

weight control.

When you look at the point in history when

processed foods became more popular, you’ll

see this was the same time when the diabetes

epidemic started to take off. Therefore, if you

want to stop this epidemic from spreading, you

need to stop believing that everything you find

in the supermarket is nutritionally safe for your

consumption.

Page 19: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 19

The Disease’s Nature

The scientific diagnosis of diabetes is when the

body cannot properly metabolize its carbohydrates.

This creates a symptom of increased glucose levels

in the blood. It doesn’t matter whether you have

Type I diabetes or Type II diabetes. In either case,

you will have elevated blood glucose levels that

cannot be restored to the normal range without

help.

In Type II diabetes cases, people also experience a

persistent increase of insulin and fluctuations in

endocrine markers. The reason why this insulin is

ineffective is because the body’s cells can no longer

respond to it. Remember that diabetes affects

roughly all 70 trillion cells in the body.

In order for these cells to stay strong and healthy,

they depend on the food we eat to provide them

with the proper nutrients. So, if you’re filling your

body with processed carbohydrates, then your cells

won’t be able to stay restore themselves and

maintain a balance.

The abovementioned scientific diagnosis of

diabetes was first classified in the early 19th

century. This was a time period when doctors knew

very little about processed foods or metabolic

diseases. Now that we know more about diabetes,

it can officially be classified as a disease which

prevents the body from metabolizing healthy oils

and fats properly. This leads to the ineffectiveness

of insulin, which then leads to the inability to

metabolize carbohydrates.

Page 20: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 20

With Type II diabetes, glucose cannot be

transported out of the bloodstream. Instead, the

glucose ends up staying in the bloodstream or in

some cases, it is excreted in urine or gets stored as

body fat. The advent of technology has allowed us

plenty of insight into how the cells are unable to

utilize insulin when affected by diabetes.

In a normal cell unaffected by diabetes, insulin

connects itself to a receptor on a cell membrane,

and the cell begins to experience biochemical

reactions on the inside. Then GLUT4 molecules,

which are a form of glucose transporters, travel out

of the cells and into the plasma cell membrane.

These molecules travel to special areas within the

membrane known as the caveolae areas. This

causes another array of biochemical reactions

which connect them with glucose molecules and

deliver them to the inside of the cell. This entire

process is known as endocytosis.

After the glucose is inside the cell, the

mitochondria burns it to produce fuel and energy

for the activities of the cell. By doing this the GLUT4

molecules would have lowered the bloodstream’s

glucose levels because the glucose was taken out of

the bloodstream and into the body’s cells.

Fat makes up most of the outer cell membrane.

Any time healthy fats are not consumed to build

the outer cell membrane, unhealthy fats take its

place and make it very stiff and sticky. Once this

happens, the natural intake process of sugar

becomes affected. These unhealthy fats can be

found in any foods which contain fried fats,

artificial oils, modified fats, or trans fats.

Page 21: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 21

Without healthy fats like the omega-3 fatty acids

found in hemp oil and flax oil, fatty acid alternatives

end up substituting them in the body. These

substitutions cause the glucose transporters to

become less active, resulting in an increase of

glucose in the bloodstream.

Healthy oils like hemp and flax are considered to be

unsaturated fatty acids. However, unlike the

media's negative portrayal of unsaturated fats,

these natural oils are highly beneficial for us. They

are essential to the transport of glucose in our

bloodstream, as mentioned.

Unfortunately, most foods in America nowadays

don’t have high levels of naturally-occurring

unsaturated fatty acids, but rather manufactured

oils called trans fats. Our body treats these fats the

same way it treats cholesterol. When consumed,

these partially hydrogenated oils stick to our cell

walls and eliminate their electrical charge. Once

this charge is eliminated, the cells of our body can

no longer receive an adequate supply of oxygen.

Then they’ll only be able to anaerobically

reproduce.

So, what does all this mean? It means that trans

fats will greatly increase your chances of getting

Type II diabetes because your insulin will have

trouble passing through the fatty walls of your cells,

created by the processed fats you consumed.

Therefore, you’ll want to avoid consuming any

trans fats or trans-fatty acids. This means you

should definitely avoid margarine, soy oil, canola

oil, or any other hydrogenated oil or vegetable oil.

They are all bad!

Page 22: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

Traditional Medical Treatment

Modern doctors will often prescribe insulin or oral

hypoglycemic agents to their patients after they are

diagnosed with diabetes. Oral hypoglycemic agents

had been introduced in 1955. The agents that are

available now come in five different classifications:

glucosidase inhibitors, biguanides, meglitinides,

sulfonylureas, and thiazolidinediones

Glucosidase inhibitors are critical for properly

digesting carbohydrates because they restrain the

production of amylase enzymes in the pancreas.

Doctors believe that reducing the number of

carbohydrates that are digested will help lower a

person’s blood sugar levels.

As for biguanides, there are a few ways in which

they lower blood sugar levels. First, they restrain

the regular discharge of glucose that is stored in the

liver. Then, they stop the intestines from absorbing

the glucose that resides in the carbohydrates of the

food that was ingested. By lowering glucose

absorption, it will ultimately treat diabetes

symptoms.

The meglitinides allow the pancreas of a patient to

produce more insulin. However, doctors seldom

test the patients for their insulin levels before

prescribing this, resulting in raised insulin levels

that are just as harmful as raised blood sugar levels.

Page 23: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

Sulfonylureas are similar to meglitinides because

they are a pancreatic stimulant which increases the

production of insulin in the pancreas. Although this

would be a more suitable treatment for Type I

diabetes patients, doctors often mistakenly

prescribe it to Type II patients who already have

elevated insulin levels. Many hypoglycemia cases

were in fact caused by this stimulant.

Lastly, thiazolidinediones are the worst of the

bunch. They got a reputation for giving diabetic

patients liver cancer that eventually killed them.

The prescription drug Rezulin, which was rejected

by the UK thanks to its known association in

causing liver cancer, was approved by the FDA in

the US after a series of devious political action.

The doctor in charge of its approval refused

initially, but got replaced by another doctor who

was more inclined to help it along. More than 100

diabetic patients were killed from the drug and

many others were debilitated before the petition

to take it off the market was successful. Various

lawsuits were filed in regards to this deadly drug.

Diabetic patients with Type II or Type I diabetes are

still given insulin prescriptions to treat their

problem. The idea is that injectable insulin can

replace the insulin that is no longer produced in

their body. While this may treat the symptoms of a

Type I diabetes patient, it won’t turn out very well

for a Type II diabetes patient who already has high

levels of insulin in their blood.

But doctors these days don’t seem to want to take

that into consideration. Just remember that

whether you take insulin or any hypoglycemic

agents, none of these things will be a cure for your

diabetes.

Alternative Forms Of Treatment

If you want to cure your diabetes or a loved one's,

you need to be informed of its causes and the many

alternative treatments you can explore right now.

According to statistics, roughly 95% of diabetes

sufferers have Type II diabetes and the rest of the

5% have Type I. A pregnant woman who contracts

diabetes typically has gestational diabetes, which

can be treated the same way as ordinary diabetes.

For those with Type I diabetes, a new form of

alternative treatment developed in Madras, India,

is available that can help restore the beta cell

function of their pancreas, so that insulin can be

produced on its own again.

Out of all the Type I diabetics who received this

alternative treatment, 60% of those tested were

cured of their diabetes. The big challenge for

doctors is figuring out whether the diabetic

patients still have the antigens in their body which

caused the beta cells to be destroyed in the first

place. If the antigens remain, the diabetes won’t

get cured. The only way it will be cured is if the

antigens disappear after they have destroyed the

beta cells.

This alternative form of treatment is not available

in the United States because it hasn’t been

endorsed by the American medical community. A

truly effective alternative medical treatment will

allow the body to reestablish its ability to control its

blood sugar levels once again.

Page 25: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 25

If the body cannot control its blood sugar levels, it

will eventually lead to the negative health

symptoms which the diabetes industry loves to

capitalize on for profit.

For those with Type II diabetes, the only thing that

can be done is to fix and restore the blood sugar

control system that is currently failing the body.

The way to do this goes back to the discussion

about diet and weight control.

You must refrain from consuming toxic processed,

manufactured oils and fats, and replace them with

healthier oils and fats such as omega-3 fatty acids.

You can find healthy fats and oils in coconut oil, cod

liver oil, hemp oil, fish oil, and flax oil.

After consuming healthy oils on a consistent basis,

your blood sugar levels will begin to stabilize—you

can add olive oil to your diet once this has been

achieved. Now, this doesn’t mean you go back to

consuming the bad oils after your blood stabilizes.

You must make a lifestyle change by permanently

staying away from cheap junk oils which are often

placed in our foods.

Once your blood sugar levels stabilize, you’ll be in

what is called the recovery cycle. If you were

previously taking oral hypoglycemic agents or any

other diabetic drugs, then you’ll want to visit your

doctor and have him or her gradually take you off

them.

Use the glycemic tables to help you prepare your

meals so that you can sustain a stable blood sugar

level. The idea is to eat many small meals

throughout the day that are rich in fiber and have

no sugar.

Page 26: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 26

You want to avoid sugar and toxic sweeteners that

contain aspartame in them at all costs. If you must

have a sweetener, use a natural sweetener like raw

coconut crystals or stevia. It also helps to take

walks after your meals as well. As a bonus to

improving your health, always stay away from

alcohol and try to keep track of your daily meals in

a medical diary. Remember to take note of your

blood glucose levels as well by using a glucose

meter.

As your blood sugar controller becomes functional

once again, the healthy oils and fats in your body

will remain balanced. The only way it will be thrown

off balance again is if you go back to consuming

junk fats and cheap oils from processed foods. That

is why it is imperative that you slowly introduce

more healthy foods into your diet so that you will

never get a craving for those junk foods ever again.

And don’t forget, another added bonus to having

stabilized blood sugar levels is having normal

insulin values as well. The reason this happens is

because normal blood sugar levels will slowly stop

the pancreas from producing too much insulin. The

amount of time it will take for the pancreas to get

to this point is unknown. You need to have your

doctor periodically check your blood sugar and

insulin levels to know how much insulin your

pancreas is producing.

If you have just gotten your blood sugar levels

stabilized, then you should wait about two months

before you have your insulin levels checked by a

doctor. Once you find out your pancreas has

stopped overproducing insulin, you will officially be

cured of diabetes. Furthermore, you can feel good

knowing that you achieved this the natural way,

without any detrimental drugs.

Page 27: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 27

The bad news is there may be collateral damage

done to your body from the time when you had the

disease. Now you will have to work on repairing

this damage separately. First off, any vascular

problems you had because of high glucose levels

should get fixed on their own. This includes any

symptoms related to peripheral neuropathy and

retinopathy.

However, your kidneys have basement membranes

with fine capillaries that can leak from having high

levels of glucose in the blood. The kidneys try to

ward off this problem themselves by placing scar

tissue down to stop the leak. This scar tissue is left

behind even after your diabetes is cured, but the

good news is that your now-healthy lifestyle will

not result in any more kidney damage.

On a side note, if you have retinopathy, do avoid

getting laser surgery on your retinas. Although it

may stop the retinal bleeding caused by the

disease, it will leave scar tissue behind in place of

the leaks. This scar tissue will remain in the eye and

prevent its fine capillaries from healing normally.

That is why it is crucial to wait for your retinopathy

to go away on its own after you’ve reversed your

diabetes. Trying to rush it by getting laser surgery

will make it much harder for your eyes to heal

completely.

Low-Temp Cooking

You already know that Type II diabetes creates

insulin resistance in the body. This is when the body

cannot properly use insulin to manage its blood

glucose levels. Insulin resistance is caused by

obesity and overeating which is why a proper diet is

so emphasized.

However, recent scientific studies have suggested

that you should watch how many advanced

glycation end products you consume. These AGEs

are harmful to the body and are created from

consuming food that was cooked at high

temperatures.

Most people are not aware that these harmful

compounds even exist. They just unintentionally let

them build up in their body as they get older. As a

result, they develop chronic inflammation and

elevated oxidative stress, which increases their

resistance to insulin. This eventually leads to them

contracting Type II diabetes.

The reason AGEs form inside the body after you

consume food cooked at high temperatures is

because the fats and proteins of the food end up

combining with sugars. Once this happens, the cells

of the body do not function normally and can get

damaged more easily. So, when you come across

food that has lots of protein and fat, it will give you

AGEs if you cook it at high temperatures. Meats—

particularly red meats—are a perfect example of a

food that does this.

Page 29: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 29

If you take a steak and cook it on the frying pan,

expect to get a lot of AGEs from that. Also,

prepackaged and processed foods will end up

forming AGEs inside of you because you typically

have to heat them up in the microwave, exposing

the food to extreme temperatures.

Of course, you can get away with consuming some

AGEs as long as they aren’t included in your regular

diet. This will be the hardest for Westerners

because their diets mostly consist of foods that are

sugary, fried, and processed. Dietary interventions

are the only way to fix this problem.

Like treating the blood sugar levels to prevent

diabetes, you also have to eat natural foods to

prevent AGEs from forming in your body. If you end

up with a minor amount of AGEs, your body can

naturally get rid of it without intervention.

The problem is most people consume so much of

bad foods that they flood the body with AGEs. You

cannot depend on the body to naturally get rid of

all of them. That is why you have to be responsible

with what you eat. Otherwise, you’ll experience

health problems such as rapid aging, Alzheimer’s

disease, liver issues, and cardiovascular diseases

when you let the AGEs build up in your body.

Okay, now let’s talk about low-temp cooking and

how it can positively affect your diet by reducing

your consumption of harmful AGEs. You already

know now that cooking foods at high temperatures

will give you AGEs. It's then easy to understand

that if you cook foods at low temperatures, they

would contain lower levels of AGEs.

Page 30: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 30

The first thing you have to realize is that any

natural food that you don’t have to cook at all will

be the healthiest thing you can eat. But if you end

up having to cook foods like vegetables, whole

grains, or fruits, they will give you a low enough

level of AGEs that your body can handle them on its

own.

Just pay attention to how you’re cooking these

foods. The trick is to cook them with moist heat at

lower temperatures and for a shorter amount of

time than normal. And if the foods contain any

acidic ingredients, that’s even better because they

produce a very small amount of AGEs in the body.

You might be wondering if a grill is good for cooking

foods since it's supposed to let the fat drip out of

the food and go into the fire. The truth is that

grilling foods will still increase the chances of AGEs

developing in your body. But what you can do is

add an acidic marinade to the food to reduce its

AGE levels.

So, for example, if you are cooking steak on the

grill, take a citrus fruit juice like lemon and

marinade the meat with it. This will not only reduce

the levels of AGE in the food, but it will enhance its

flavor as well. The same technique works with any

style of cooking whether you’re using an oven or

skillet.

Another cooking technique that works is using a

slow cooker. A slow cooker is an electrical cooking

appliance that heats food at low temperatures. This

is often referred to as “simmering” the food

because you’re heating it at a temperature that is

just below the boiling temperature.

Page 31: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 31

Heating food at a low temperature for an extended

period of time will allow most of its nutrients to be

retained while preventing AGEs from building up. This

is the formula for a healthy body with no risk of

contracting diabetes.

To make avoiding AGEs easier for you, let’s examine

which foods have the highest amount of AGEs versus

the foods that have the lowest amount.

Foods with high levels of AGEs include:

Fried foods

Red meats

Processed oil, margarine, butter

Processed foods such as packaged meats and

cheese

Sugary foods like pastries, cookies, soda, candy,

and cakes

These are the kinds of foods that cannot just be

cooked at low temperatures to make them healthy.

They are junk or fatty foods that are no good for you

no matter how you cook them. A diet which consists of

these foods will most surely increase your chances of

developing diabetes.

On the other hand, foods with low levels of AGEs

include:

Whole grains

Vegetables

Fruits

Seafood

Vegetarian burgers

Low-fat breads

Page 32: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 32

Many of these foods you can eat

without cooking, while others can be

cooked but only at low temperatures.

The foods can be cooked with a slow

cooker, marinated with acidic sauces or

juices, or cooked in water through

poaching or steaming.

Finally, exercise as often as you can.

Your diet and how you keep your AGE

levels low will help you a long way in

being healthy. But you still need to

perform cardiovascular exercise on a

regular basis to give your body the extra

boost it needs to build up its immune

system and keep your internal organs

functioning well.

30 minutes daily of some form of

exercise (walking, jogging, a gym

session, swimming, sports games, etc.)

will go a great deal in keeping your

weight and blood sugar levels in check.

Coconut Oil

Many people freak out when they see the term

“saturated fat” because of what the media and

healthcare officials have told them for the last 60

years. Society has basically told people that

saturated fats will clog your arteries and create

health problems such as Alzheimer’s disease, heart

disease, obesity, and high cholesterol.

It's pretty easy to believe that because more

Americans have suffered from these health

problems over the last 60 years than any other time

in the nation’s history. If you look at the nutritional

labels on certain food items, you may see they

contain a certain amount of saturated fat. But what

it doesn’t tell you is where that fat actually comes

from. That is the key in determining how healthy it

is.

The truth is there are healthy saturated fats that

come from natural food sources such as coconut

oil. That is why coconut oil is considered to be a

healthy saturated fat and is recommended for your

diet. The people who live in the Pacific Islands get

between 30% and 60% of their total calories from

fully saturated coconut oil.

Scientific studies have been done on Pacific

Islanders which showed that virtually all of them

have no cardiovascular diseases of any kind. Could

it be because they mostly consume coconut oil?

Absolutely yes. Coconut oil is a totally natural food

item that gives us the proper nutrition we need.

The saturated fat component of coconut oil is the

key factor in providing this health benefit.

Page 34: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 34

So, how come not all saturated fats are good? If

you look at the nutritional content of a bag of

potato chips or a package of frozen pizza, you’ll see

that these food products have plenty of saturated

fat. Okay, so why aren’t they healthy for people to

consume then? The reason is because these foods

contain saturated fats that are manufactured.

You see, food engineers have taken fats and then

artificially saturated them to enhance the lifespan

of the food product. Take vegetable oils, for

example. Food engineers introduce hydrogen

atoms into the oils through a hydrogenation

process. After that, the oils get heated until they

become thick. The oils then get manufactured into

the foods until they become a completely

unhealthy processed food product with a long shelf

life.

Although most people have a basic understanding

that processed foods are bad, they typically ignore

the unhealthiness of them because they are

cheaper than natural foods. Products like TV

dinners, potato chips, and virtually any food that

comes in a box or can will be like this.

Not only are they cheaper for the consumer to

purchase, but they are even cheaper for the food

companies to manufacture and distribute as well.

That is why they keep on manufacturing and selling

these foods without any regard for the health of

their customers. Profit for food companies will

always come before anything else.

The problem with processed foods is that the

human body won’t respond to engineered

saturated fats the same way it would to naturally

saturated fats. If you put engineered saturated fats

into your system, then you will suffer many

negative health consequences.

Page 35: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 35

The scientific and medical community have

finally come clean about hydrogenated oils

by admitting they are unhealthy for

consumption. This is how the term “trans

fat” came to light. Any time you see “trans

fat” listed on a food product, it means the

product was made with hydrogenated oils.

People who live in tropical areas like the

Pacific Islands consider coconut oil to be

their "holy grail" food because there is an

abundance of coconuts in these locations.

For thousands of years, islanders in the

tropics have stayed healthy by consuming

the oil of coconuts.

In the 1930s, a man named Dr. Weston

Price visited the South Pacific Islands to

examine the diets of the people there. He

studied their dental health and bodily

health, and how their diets affected these

two areas. Price discovered that these

people were getting most of their calories

from coconut oil. This was the reason why

they were able to stay so thin and healthy

with no cardiovascular diseases

whatsoever. No evidence has ever been

found to show that the natural saturated

fat of coconut oil is bad for your health.

The main health benefits of coconut oil are:

Better heart health

Faster metabolism

Faster (and healthier) weight loss

Stronger immune system

More energy

Younger-looking skin

Improved thyroid function

Page 36: ©CardioClear7 - Amazon S3s3.amazonaws.com/Mentis/CardioClear7/dldl/TheDiabetes...©CardioClear7.com 7 Diabetes As An Industry In the beginning of the 20th century, there was very

©CardioClear7.com 36

The big question you probably have is, how does

coconut oil give you all these health benefits in the

first place? Besides the “natural” aspect of the oil, it

contains a special ingredient which cannot be

found in any other natural saturated fats. This

ingredient is called lauric acid. Half of coconut oil’s

fat content contains lauric acid in it. This is what's

responsible for giving people these health benefits.

When lauric acid is digested, it gets transformed

into monolaurin. This contains properties which

have anti-protozoa, anti-bacterial and anti-viral

benefits. So, if you contract any lipid-coated

viruses, the lauric acid in coconut oil can destroy

them. These viruses include HIV, herpes, influenza

virus, measles, giardia lamblia, and pathogenic

bacteria.

Just be careful when food companies advertise that

good saturated fats like coconut oil are in their

foods because they may have mixed it with

artificially saturated fats. You have to get the

coconut oil alone without any artificially saturated

fats in the mix. That is the only way it will be

considered healthy.

Recovery Period

As you recover from diabetes after changing your

diet, it could take a few months or more than a

year before your health and energy levels are

normal again. The duration of the recovery period

really depends on how long you were suffering

from diabetes in the first place.

For example, if you took immediate action to curing

your diabetes after you were first diagnosed, then

it should take less than a few months to recover

from it after you’ve fixed your diet.

But if you’ve neglected your diet for many years

and allowed the disease to stay in your body for all

that time, then expect your recovery period to take

one year or longer. This is all the more reason why

you should take action right away in reversing your

diabetes so that you won’t have to spend too long

in recovery.

Conclusion

By now, you should have a clear understanding of

the diabetes epidemic and why drug treatments are

not as effective as making simple lifestyle changes

to your diet. The cure for diabetes can only come

naturally.

If you try to find a cure through a drug treatment,

you’ll just keep paying endless amounts of money

to your doctors without ever getting the cure that

you so desperately need. On top of that, you’ll have

to put up with the side effects from those drug

treatments and then get pressured into taking

drugs to treat those as well. But most importantly,

you have now acquired all the knowledge you need

to naturally cure your diabetes once and for all.
