Based on the 5km consumer catchment area radius of a shopping mall, the consumer analysis available allows retailers to work on their promotion campaigns effectively. For example, psychographic insights and consumption capacity of consumers staying in CBD and residential area are different. Results show that consumers are more willing to watch in-mall OOH rather than outdoor one. They have more time to linger in a mall and they have the intention to shop. Brand and product information are more welcomed compared with consumers passing by on foot or in vehicles or busy with other tasks.
