We do the paperwork for you
We keep full records of learning for individuals for 30 years, in compliance
with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
All candidates will receive on successful completion a statement of attainment
or full qualification, delivered to their home postal address, after successful
course completion.
Any candidates who are not competent at the end of a course are given an
explanation of why they are not competent, and what they need to do to be
re- assessed.
We are constantly improving
We have a range of feedback mechanisms to ensure we always provide
exceptional safety training experiences.
After each course, the trainer or assessor will complete a report, identifying
any issues or opportunities for improvement.
Our candidates are asked to complete a feedback form after each course is
completed.
We incorporate any of your feedback into our review and continuous
improvement process.
All feedback is addressed as part of our quality management system.

Course Overview This course trains the skills and knowledge required to safely operate a powered industrial truck, or forklift, equipped with a mast and an elevating load carriage to which is attached a pair of fork arms or other arms that can be raised 900 mm or more above the ground. It does not include training to operate a pedestrian-operated truck or a pallet truck.
A person performing this work is required to hold a forklift truck high risk work (HRW) licence. Owing to this the course embeds the outcomes required to obtain a forklift truck HRW licence.
The course trains the knowledge, skills and attitudes to carry out forklift operations in a compliant, safe and efficient manner, in a practical way. It requires a person operating a forklift truck to plan the work, conduct routine checks on a forklift truck, shift loads in a safe manner, and safely shut down and secure equipment after completing operations.
