Drill slips can accommodate drill pipe from 2 3/8 to 5 1/2inch (60.3-

139.7mm) O.D.. They are classified as type short (SDS), medieum (SDML)

and extra long (SDXL) according to gripping length. SDS slips are designed

for shallow hole drilling, SDMLslips are the perfect choice for all medium

depth drilling, SDXL slips are designed for deep drilling.

Type ZQ drill pipe power tong1.7.1

ZQ drill pipe power tong is an ideal wellhead tool for oil drilling, widely applied in

make-up and breaking-out for well drilling and repairing on offshore and land. Open-

throat design of the ZQ series with high mobility allows escaping from drilling pipe

freely. The tong is a combination of spinning tong and torque tong. It substitutes

cathead, suspension tong and spinning rope in making-up and breaking-out. The

tongs are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K Specification for

drilling equipment .

Type TQ casing tongs1.7.2

Type TQ casing tongs are widely used for making up or breaking out pipe or

casings in dianeters of 4-13 3/8 inch. The tong heads are designed

open type and freely clamp and escape from the casing. TQ casing

tongs are safe, reliable, and easy to handle with high mobility. This tongs

can be connected to computer controlling units and can serve as ideal well

mechanical tool for surface operations in oil fields. The tongs are designed

1.8 Bushing

Roller Kelly bushing1.8.1

Roller kelly bushing is a necessary tool for drilling. It is to drive kelly

spinner by matching with master bushing. Through rotating of four

rollers, the friction between rollers and kelly pipe is reduced and

service life is extended. For different sizes of kelly pipe and

hexagonal pipe only need to change corresponding rollers. To

connect with rotary table, there are two transmission styles (square

and pin). The product is designed and manufactured according to

API Spec 7K Specification for Drill Equipment .

unique structure and materials, new technology of drill

bit hydraulics, new products represent world's

speed motor drill series, hard formation bits series and

China have advanced laboratory to test drill bits

structure and functional unit, calculated laboratory, be

able to carry out experimental evaluation of drill bits all

units including cutting structure, bearings, seals and

hydraulic systems.

Achieved from basic research, application of new

technologies, product development and manufacturing

research to product application, services and improve of

the virtuous circle, so technical reserves are backing of

the product development and marketing technology

services. They based on 3D CAD software and product

data management, throughout the life cycle of the

product to conduct a comprehensive technical

management, to make product development to achieve

fast, accurate and to maximize the timeliness and

functionality to meet market demand.

Through the application of lithology tester, Real-time

test mechanics parameters of the normal atmosphere

and confining pressure in the drilling of rock strata (such

as hardness, plastic coefficient, drillability, triaxial

compressive strength, elastic ratio and poisson's ratio,

etc.). For optimizing bit selection to provide reliable data

on formation rock properties, more accurately the type

of drill bits to provide a reasonable.

In the during use, the actual drilling time, footage,

mechanical drilling speed, hydraulic parameter, drilling

cost and other factors will affect the drilling efficiency

compared to the design estimates, and classification of

the wear assessment to improve the drill bit of the

design and lectotype.

2.1.1MD high-speed motor bit

Horizontal well drilling technology is improved continuously, in which extended reach well

drilling technology and multilateral wells drilling technology have been developed rapidly.

The new type of MD high speed motor bit is suitable for directional well and horizontal,

high rotary speed, gage protection technology ability and stability, high reliability, well

hydraulic effect and long service life.

2.1.3 SUPER-MD super-high speed motor bit

The use of turbo-drill tool, with the 11 5/8inch and 8 1/ 2inch drill bits, from 400rpm to

600rpm, service life of normal cone bits is about 10 hours usually. For working situation

with super high rotary speed, drill bit used roller-journal bearing and metal-sealing,

provided bearing reliability and long life. We have also developed cutting and extended

double nozzle hydraulic structure. SMD of the service life can reaches to more than 30

hours at the work situation of above 400 RPM.

SMD is recommended to 250rpm to 600rpm, which is quite economical.

2.1.4Petroleum exploration has been developed to deep formations gradually, in deep

ZSJ/ZXJ Type drilling jars (hydraulic-mechanically)

The drilling jar which is connected with drill tool and worked with drill string is a downhole

stuck freeing tool in drilling operation .It is a first selected tool for directional

well,complicated well and deep well.The drilling jar is consisting of ZSJ type drilling up jar

and ZXJ type drilling down jar,both they can be used mutually or operated separately .The

up jarring section takes use of hydraulic mechanism,the jarring force can be adjusted

according to up elevating load but can not exceed the max.load for tool load rated. The

down jarring section takes use of mechanical friction mechanism, the jarring force is well

ZJS Type Jar IntensifierThe ZJS type jar intensifier is a down hole fishing jar designed to increase jarring energy to

up jar .Therefore ,it must be run in conjunction with CSJ type super jar or YSJ type hydraulic

up jar .Its function mainly is to supply acceleration to the upper end of the jar during the

Annular BOP has two kinds of structure; they are cone-shaped

and spherical-shaped rubber core. Top cap and shell use bolt and

claw block connect two forms.

7.3.1Upper, lower Kelly valve

The kelly cock valve ,which is a manually operated ball valve run in the I.D of drill string ,is one of

effective tool for preventation from blowout .The kelly cock is divided into upper kelly cock valve and

lower kelly cock . The upper kelly cock is connected between lower end of swivel and upper end of kelly.

The lower kelly cock is connected between upper end of drillpipe and lower end of kelly or connected

between lower end of kelly saver subs. The kelly cock features a simple operation, the kelly cock can be

opened on or closed off by only turning the special operating spanner at 90 degrees according to

indicating direction.During drilling operation,in order to avoid serious well kick or blowout accident, the

kelly cock shall be connected at upper end and lower end of kelly.

7.3.2It is an inside BOP (blowout preventer)in the drill string.It is simple in structure and easy to

operate.When blowout is going to be happened,the thread connections of the Kelly are

screwed out immediately and the back pressure valve is put into the I.D. of drill pipe and then

pumped downward to the required place.Thus the blowout accident can be prevented.The

tool is consisting of landing sub and check valve assembly.The landing is thread connected

with stop ring and tightened on and put into downhole with drill string .The landing sub is

used as a sub above drill string before check valve is run in downhole.

8.6The LL-F type reverse circulation junk basket is used to retrieve all types of small junk objects such as

cone,cutter,hand tool and junks from the bottom hole.During drilling operation,it produces a local

reverse circulation of fluid at well core so as to effect a complete recovery of junk in the junk basket

.Especially when PDC bit is used ,cleaning bottom well by the tool becmes very necessary to ensure the
