Hi Mums & Dads, I’m Vicki and I created “Candy Kids Parties” out of my love for seeing children play & be happy, my passion of event planning oh and of course my love for dressing up!

I recognize the extreme amount of stress that planning a child’s party can put on parents and the ever increasing pressure to provide the best party ever for your little one!.

My mission is to provide stress free themed childrens parties, so when you hire us to take care of your child’s party we can take care of as much or as little as you want, so you can finally relax and enjoy the special day with your child.

Our specialty is planning exciting and different children’s birthday parties! We take great pride in our unique and personalized service to insure that your child’s party is tailored toward them and their guests. Our hosts execute games and party activities that are age appropriate and engage children with interactive play. We want parents to enjoy this special day with their child and not have to stress about planning. We also love when we hear children leave the party saying, “That was the best party ever can they do mine!”

Our birthday party packages include 1-3 party hosts (depending on the theme and number of guests), to set up, execute, and break down the party.

Each theme party package also includes: • Themed personalised party invites (Artwork only sent via email) we can arrange to have these printed at an extra cost. • Themed Games, activities, crafts. • Prizes for all games• Themed music• Themed props.

Our parties last 2 1/2 hours with the 30 minutes being reserved for eating and 15 mins opening presents or any additional party activity provided by the parents. Please note that all of our supplies are for the children only! Parents are responsible for supplying all necessary items for adult attending guests.

How far in advance should I book? We recommend 3 weeks’ notice, you can reserve your date with a €100 deposit and decide the party theme when you’re ready.

What ages are parties designed for? In general, our packages are designed for children ages 4yrs to 12yrs years old and we give suggested ages for each theme. However, some themes can be adjusted to accommodate younger children and toddlers or older children.

What locations do you cover? Were based in Paphos but we’re happy to arrange parties in both the Paphos and Limassol areas.

Do you have a party venue? We do not have a party venue we are completely mobile and bring the party to you! We coordinate the event at your chosen location (your home, clubhouse, public park, hall, restaurant etc.). We can always recommend venues so please ask if you need help with this.

Do you provide food? It’s not part of our service however we can always recommend a caterer so please ask for details.

What size groups can you accommodate for? Our party packages are designed for a minimum of 10 guests including the birthday child. Each additional guest up to 15 is an additional €10. Each additional guest after 15 is an additional €20 up to a maximum of 20. Please call to inquire about parties larger than 20 guests.

What do I do about the Birthday child’s siblings? Our packages only cover the birthday child and their guests. Please include siblings in the final count if you would like for them to participate in the party activities. Please remember that most of our packages are designed for specific age groups and the games will be aimed at this particular age group.

Will I be charged for guests that RSVP yes but then don’t attend on the day? Yes. Unfortunately we realize that some guests will RSVP yes, but not show up or vice versa. Please remember that we charge according to your final guest count that you provide, not the number of children who attend. Many of our party include take home gifts so it is important that your guest list is accurate. If guests show up that were not on your final guest count, we will do our best to accommodate them.

When do you need the final guest list / guest numbers? The final guest count is due the 7 days before the party. We realize that getting parents to RSVP is like pulling teeth! However, we must have a final number by this date to insure proper staff-ing, adequate equipment, and sufficient party items and gifts. It is best to guess high on your number then to guess low and not have enough.

What is your cancellation policy? We understand that unforeseen things can happen. We will do our best to re-schedule your party for a later date. Due to the nature of our business, the deposit is NONREFUNDABLE.

What do I need to do to prepare the party venue? We’ll discuss this with you in more detail when we visit the party venue, however but heres a quick list. • Please keep all pets clear from the party area.• Please allow ample space in the driveway or in front of your home for us to park and unload.• Please provide a smoke-free environment.• Please be aware that we need time to set up the party area this depends on the theme you have chosen. • Please redirect all children and guests away from the set up area.• Please notify us in advance if you have other vendors such as bouncy castles, performers, etc. coming to your event. We

may need to adjust our party outline.• Please provide food, desserts and drinks that are light in color and will not stain our linens and costumes.

How do you handle disruptive guests? We do our best to provide fun entertainment and activities, but understand that some children may not want to participate or may have disruptive behavior. We request that the client be responsible for these children as to not disrupt the flow of the party and spoil the other children’s fun. This will help us to provide the best possible party experience for your child and his or hers guests.

What form of payment do you accept and when do you require this? Upon booking your party, we require a €100 deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance can be paid by one of the following methods: • Cash on arrival at the party venue. • PayPal payment or bank transfer, both of which require the funds to clear prior to the day of the party.
