“Both sets have proven to enhance the cooking experience and rival or exceed the performance of other cookware manufacturers. The amount of copper in the thick bottoms of the stainless cookware is generous; the robust sidewalls are shaped beautifully. I found them to have precision in temperature control and the cooking surface to be very even. The powder coated (anodized) cookware set has a really bullet proof non stick coating, which is perfect for low fat cooking and quick clean ups. I love the red dot (Thermospot) that tells you when the pans are ready...it’s proving a perfect tool to help me teach my children how to cook.”

“I was extremely impressed with the cookware. You can tell they were designed by a chef for the true home cook. I really liked the brushed style pots. They not only perform well, but they look great and I ended up using them to serve dinner in. There are some cool, unique qualities with the pots - especially the handles. The rubber piece underneath the handle stopped the pot from twisting in your hand and it's great that they can still go in the oven.”

“It would seem the primary benefit of these pans is their thick, durable

construction. The flat, thick bottoms are ideal as this allows for heat from the stove to distribute evenly. They are lightweight and have a thick body. This will retain heat for longer cooking applications i.e. braising. I also like the lack of curves/crevices, this means easy cleaning. I found the cookware to be a comprehensive set of shapes and sizes for any type of cooking. This is a product line I will look forward to using when at home.”

ABOUT JAMIE

Jamie Oliver has been a chef from an early age, having been virtually raised in his parent’s highly respected pub in Essex, England. At eight, he was peeling potatoes and podding peas in the kitchen; by eleven he could julienne vegetables like a pro. Jamie entered Westminster Catering College at 16, and after graduation he spent some time in France where he began his formal career as a chef, before returning to England.

Jamie first caught the eye of television viewers in 1997, when he was featured in a documentary on the River Café. His passion for cooking and charm leapt off the screen and the day after the documentary aired the Naked Chef was born.
