People are staring to complain about high taxes for homes. Some complain that there are too many homeless people on the street. Some of your people have come to complain to you. It’s a Saturday and the Gladiator Games are shown today. Do you want to spend your money going to the Games or help build better housing? Are you going to:

b) build better housing because I see more people on the streets nowadays.

a) the Games! I get to see gladiator fights, Christians dying… Oh yeah! I’m going now!

c) lower the taxes.

Your soldiers are asking if they can get more money for supplies and clothes and gear. Do you:
