● Third places are the social environments that are distinct fromthe two usual environments of home ("first place") and theworkplace ("second place").
● A third place refers to places where people spend timebetween home (‘first’ place) and work (‘second’ place). Theyare locations where we exchange ideas, have a good time, andbuild relationships.
