On the left hand menu there is a Task List and you can select one of the following:• Record the Screen• Record the PowerPoint

I have selected ‘Entire Screen’Click on the ‘Next’ button

This will bring up the ‘Recording Options’ window. I have selected

‘Record Audio’ while recording the screen.

The next window lets you‘Choose Audio Settings.’

I have selected ‘Microphone.’

Follow the instructions on this Page for Audio.

Use the lever to adjust the volume.

The ‘Begin Recording’ window includes startand stop instructions. You can click on the

‘Record button’ on the Camtasia Recorder oruse the F9 key to begin recording. To stop

click the ‘Stop Button’ on the Camtasia Recorder or F10 key to stop Recording.

Finally click on Record andchoose either ‘Record the Screen’

or ‘Record PowerPoint’ it’s that easy.
