CamScannerFree for iPhone, Android, Windows Phone

1) Go to App Store and Install CamScanner

2) Choose to register to access docs online

click “Register”- It will send an activation email- Go to your email to activate the

app- Return to the sign-in screen and

click “Sign-in” to enter the app interface

3) Hit camera icon in bottom middle of screen to access scanner

4) Put doc under your phone, making sure all edges within screen. Align phone parallel to paperiPhone Android Windows

5) Hit camera icon againiPhone Android Windows

6) Move finger onto green line around doc to select area to crop (whatever within the green box will be your scan)iPhone Android Windows

7) Hit check mark icon to acceptiPhone Android Windows

8) On upper bar of screen, hit brightness icon you prefer. Auto (brightest), Original, LighteniPhone Android Windows

9) Hit check mark icon to acceptiPhone Android Windows

10) Change doc title to Name-Due 0-0-00 date formatiPhone Android WindowsHit “Select” in top right

Hit edit button in top right

Hit title box

Hit “new doc 1” to change title

11) To add more docs in same file, hit left camera icon “Add”

12) Repeat steps 5-9

13) When ready to email file, hit Email/Share iconiPhone Android Windows

Hit icon in bottom left called “Share”

14) Select PDF file optioniPhone Android Windows

15) Enter timesheets@caenyc.org in recipient email (“To”) and hit Send
