OCRS – Ore Car Repair ShopAutonomous Rail MaintenanceOCRS is an automated heavy haul rail maintenance facility in the Pilbara, servicing BHP’s extensive rail fleet. It incorporates, robotics, autonomous position guided vehicles, automated fixed equipment, system sequencing and integration. It incorporates safety rated control systems and a high focus on operability and safe human interface.

AutoHaul ®Autonomous Heavy HaulageAutoHaul® is the world’s first implementation of fully automated heavy haul trains located in the North Western Pilbara region of Western Australia. It incorporates remote operations, wayside systems and on board systems to connect 15 mines with 2 ports across 1700km of track.

DLC – Direct Loco ControlAutonomous Train LoadingDLC controls the locomotive from the loading facilities without a driver on board. As the train approaches the loading facilities the control is transferred and the system automates the functions of loading or unloading to control and optimise system performance. Calibre has delivered DLC across the Pilbara rail networks.
