    Gist - The role includes planning, range presentation, advertising, public relations, organizing events, product

    development, distribution and research. The work is challenging and exciting.

    Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

    Come up with new and different advertising ideas and place company existing adverts in the MBO's. Also manage

    the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters.

    Liaising with designers and update them with the feedback received from the dealers.

    Maintaining and updating customer databases.

    Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.

    Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.

    Develop the required marketing plans & strategies to push product, working with all departments for its

    execution.

    Managing budgets.

    To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements.

    Analyzing the market, including competitors and consumers. (Monitoring competitor activity). Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.

    Ability to identify market segments, niches, and potential markets

    Pro-actively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments to drive

    business.

    Gist The role includes recruitment & selection, training & development, performance appraisal, employee

    relations, employee benefits & welfare and general administration.

    Recruit right talent at the right time.

    Develop a manpower plan in coordination with different department heads. Stay connected with placement consultants, job portals and campus placements for the selection of appropriate

    candidates based on the job description.

    Developing & organizing the new employee orientation program.

    Establishing in-house employee training system.

    Designing KPI to set the performance standard of the employees.

    Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances and disputes to maintain cordial employer-employee relations

    and achieve dedication from workers.

    Managing various employee benefits for example, transport.

    Improving the process & benefits within the approved budget.

    Responsible for monthly attendance, monitoring absenteeism and handling leave management.

    Gist This role includes budgeting & review, business analysis, MIS development, accounting, expense

    management and treasury

    Drive budget, mid-year review and forecast process for the company.

    Review business performance and costs, identify potential cost reduction areas, develop key performance

    indicators and other key ratios and analyze key issues.

    Key regular reports for management to understand and take necessary action steps. Develop and produce regular

    MIS reports.

    Overview and implement key accounting controls around completeness and accuracy of information.

    Review expense policy implemented by the company and recommend changes to ensure consistency. Review funding issues and implement cash management policies and procedures

    Development of presentation for outside parties

    Other tasks as required from time to time.
