Played by hundreds of thousands of children in the world everyday.

Learned in the playground at school remembered forever.

What are other types of media for learning in a social environment, does it all have to be electronic?

Just-too-late. We do this far too often and in reality the one ‘we’ do not cater for.

If one expects a positive outcome from a behaviour, or thinks there is a high probability of a positive outcome, then they will be more likely to engage in that behaviour.

The behaviour is reinforced, with positive outcomes, leading a person to repeat the behaviour.

However it does not suggest that we should be forced to remember everything we learn.

Is it OK to forget?

Workshop Discussion

Q1. What could 60 second learning look like? How would it differ from what we know now? Compare it to the

information you already get from other sites like Google, SMS, e-mail?

Q2. What would be the barriers to entry to implement to your organisation? How can you circumvent these

barriers/

Q3. What are your views on contextual learning ‘advertised’ in a banner right in the application? Could you make it work in your organisation, how would you change the learning culture to accept such an idea?
