Introduction

Ancient Greeks were the first ones to come up with the concept of vibrational energy. They

believed that every matter including humans, plants, and animals contain energy. They

would cook foods that are high in vibrational energy. Their recipes and cooking style was

also very different. That’s the reason their dishes were believed to have healing powers.

They also believed in cooking with love and respect, which made their dishes even more

effective and powerful for making them feel energetic.

Whatever they did was in accordance with their concept relating to energy. They would eat

high energy foods to connect to God. Einstein came up with a similar concept with his

equation E=mc2, which means that every matter contains energy.

Many quantum physicists have also discovered that atoms are made up of energy vortices

that constantly vibrate. This means that the physical atoms that our bodies are made up of

are actually invisible energy that isn’t tangible. So, when we eat high energy foods, our

vibrating energy atoms get a kick, which makes us feel more energetic and enthusiastic

about life.

The foods that the Mother Nature has provided us with are made up of energy. Some foods

have high energy levels, while others have little. Therefore, when we consume such

energetic foods, we are able to feel completely alert. Today, we focus more in trying to figure

out about the nutrient contents, calorie count, and many other factors that don’t necessarily

matter. The thing that we should focus on is to look at the value of the food items in terms of

energy.

Another interesting concept that the ancient Greeks believed in was that eating food directly

from the source like plucking fruits from the tree give us more energy than the foods that

are preserved. This means that the foods that we eat from the grocery stores and

There are some leafy green veggies that are more powerful and spiritually healing than

others. These vegetables soak up sunlight directly from the source without any obstacles.

These vegetables are also grown organically, which means that they do not contain any

Udon Noodle Soup with Bok Choy and Poached Egg

Ingredients:

Large bok choy leaves, sliced into ribbons - 4 to 5

Vegetable or chicken broth - 4 to 5 cups

Soy sauce - 3 to 4 tablespoons

Whole star anise - 2

Spring onions, thinly sliced - 2

Large eggs - 2

Packaged fresh or frozen udon noodles - 2 (7-ounce)

Whole cinnamon - 1 stick

Preparation:

Add the chicken broth in a medium saucepan and bring it to a simmer.

Add star anise and cinnamon into the saucepan and simmer for 5 to 10 more

minutes.

Make use of a slotted spoon to remove the spices from the broth.

Add two eggs into the broth and cook for 2 minutes.

Add noodles and bok choy into the broth.

Stir gently to mix every ingredient properly.

Make sure to not break the eggs.

Cook the broth for another 2 minutes until the egg whites are properly settled.

Keep the yolks loose.

Put the pan off the heat and stir in the soy sauce and the spring onions.

Enjoy this bok choy recipe for two!

Sautéed Mixed Greens

Ingredients:

Sea or kosher salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Green onions, chopped – 3

Garlic - 2-3 cloves

Large bunch of spinach - 1

Large bunch of kale – 1

Large bunch of Swiss chard – 1

Preparation:

Rinse all the leafy greens under running water and make sure

you cut-off the thickest part of the stem.

Cut the leafy greens into pieces but make sure they are not too small.

Now, place a pan with olive oil and heat the garlic in it for about a minute.

Add onions into the pan and heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add kale and chard into the pan and heat them until barely tender.

Do not let the greens be heated more than 5 minutes.

Now add the spinach and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Season it with salt and pepper.

Leafy Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

Kale, spinach, bok choy, and Swiss chard – 2 cups combined

Water or coconut water or coconut milk or almond milk – 2 cups

Ripe fruit of your choice – 3 cups

Preparation:

Add the leafy greens and liquid into the blender and blend.

Now add fruits into the blender and blend once again.

Ingredients :

whole hazelnuts - 120g (3/4 cup)

pistachio kernels - 115g (3/4 cup)

whole blanched almonds - 120g (2/3 cup)

caster sugar - 440g (2 cups)

butter - 30g

Vegetable oil for greasing

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Take a 19 x 29cm slice pan and brush it with oil.

In a baking tray, spread hazelnuts and cook until toasted.
