THE PURPOSE
MAKING MORE INFORMED DECISIONS
Collecting up-to-date information about the needs and opportunities in our local business communities helps the Board better represent this group when we complete our annual District Needs Statement.
OUTREACH AND AWARENESS
Communicating directly with local businesses is a way to help ensure these community members understand all their rights and responsibilities - for example, which city-provided services they are entitled to, existing opportunities for support and growth, as well as the rules and regulations they need to follow to keep everyone who works for and patronizes their businesses satisfied and safe.
