J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, formerly YMCA University of Science and Technology, is a state government university located in Faridabad, in the state of Haryana (Delhi-NCR), India. Established as a college in 1969, it gained university status in December 2009 and was renamed in 2018. The University was established in 1969 as an Indo-German project, a joint venture of the National Council of YMCAs of India, the Government of Haryana and the German Central Agencies for Development Aid, Bonn, Germany. It was earlier afliated to M.D. University, Rohtak. In 1996, the state government took complete control of the institution. In 2009, it became a university through the YMCA University of Science and Technology Faridabad Act, 2009. In 2018, it was renamed to its current name through the YMCA University of Science and Technology Faridabad (Amendment) Act, 2018. The University offers many specialized and nationally reputed programs in engineering, management, media, basic sciences and computer applications. It also offers PhD program in various disciplines. The University is presently NAAC accredited 'A' grade state government University and most of the University Teaching Departments (UTDs) are accredited by National Board of Accreditation.

About the DepartmentThe Department of Management Studies came into existence in the year 2008 with MBA program offering specializations in Information Technology, Operations and Power Management. Initially the program was meant for technical graduates only. Since 2011, the MBA program has been opened graduates from all streams. To promote academic growth at various levels, the department offers high quality management programs at under-graduate, post-graduate and doctoral level. To cater the needs of practicing managers, department runs MBA – Executive program too.

The department follows industry-focused curricula which is developed in consultation with eminent academicians and industry practitioners. The program delivery is done by well - qualied, competent, research-oriented and experienced faculty and experts from industry.

About the ConferenceIn today's fast globalizing business world, business organizations are faced up with volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. Fast-changing technologies and business models riding on the wave of digital revolution are creating new challenges and opportunities for which innovative and strategic thinking is required. In the contemporary world of business, the old business paradigms are cracking up giving place to new thinking and approaches based on a comprehensive understanding of the VUCA world.

This Conference provides a platform and an opportunity to academicians and business practitioners to come together and explore the dimensions and strategies in the VUCA world for long-term success and sustainability.

Conference Objectives The main objectives of the Conference are:1. To deliberate on the future of organizations, leadership, business models arising from fast-changing VUCA

Guidelines for Authors

Important Dates

Abstract / Full Paper Submission: September 30, 2020

Communication of Acceptance: October 05, 2020

Registration will start from : October 01, 2020

Submit papers in MS-Word to: [email protected]

Title Page: The title page should contain the title of the paper, the author's name, e-mail, phone number and institutional afliation.

Abstract: An abstract of about 200- 300 words should include the research topic, methodology, ndings and keywords (maximum 5).

Manuscript: The manuscript should be of Minimum 3,000 words (A-4 size page, 1.5 line spacing, and 12-point Times New Roman font). The authors should submit their original work only. There should not be any infringement of existing copyrights or indulgence in plagiarism.

Tables and Figures: The tables and gures should be placed in the appropriate location in the paper. Format and size of all the tables should be same and should be numbered consecutively.

References: References should be complete in all respects in APA style 6th edition.

Best Research Paper Recognition: In each track, best paper will be given recognition for outstanding contribution. The paper should clearly emphasize the theme of the Conference and must be submitted by the due date.

Publication Opportunities: All papers will undergo blind-review process and quality papers selected by the reviewers will be published in onference book bearing ISBN number and in a special issue of International Journal of Business and Globalization, a scopus indexed journal by Inderscience Publishers.
