organization and interact with the workforce in pursuit of their conduct and behavior within the

Discuss the cognitive, behavioral and humanistic approaches and how they aid us inunderstanding work place behavior.

Explain how social psychology contributes in understanding organizational behavior. Briefly explain the various techniques shaped from social psychology theories.

Compare and contrast the various methods used in research. E.g interviews, observation,surveys, etc.
