Pharma was in a state of constant expansion and they needed to be a much more agile organisation. A BT Advise team launched a detailed study of the company’s business strategies and ICT landscape, and our IP Connect global cloud-based network platform now links78 out of the 100 Asia Pacific sites now served by the new infrastructure

HTC HTC were looking for a provider to consolidate their contact centres globally to one platform to complement their expansion plans in the Asia Pacific region. BT consolidated HTC’s existing contact centre infrastructure in 60 countries under one managed service with BT.

HBF HBF were looking for a unified contact centre solution to optimise their workforce and improve their customer service. BT were selected to provide a fully-hosted Avaya contact centre and workforce optimisation platform for 180 contact centre agents, and an Avaya unified communications solution for the remaining 900 seats.

Western Power BT signed a contract with Western Power, one of the biggest independent electrical grids, for a multimedia contact centre in Perth, Australia. BT’s solution will help Western Power maintain customer satisfaction, meet regulatory requirements and effectively handle high volumes of calls in avalanche scenarios.

Tech Mahindra BT signed a contract with Tech Mahindra for Inbound Contact solution in 17 countries across Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe with call terminations in the UK and India. The solution will help Tech Mahindra extend the in-house audio conferencing solutions across its global operations. A technology services powerhouse, Tech Mahindra employs 84,000 professionals servicing 540 customers across 46 countries.

National Bank of Abu Dhabi

National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) have global operations covering four continents from the Far East to North America, making it one of the largest banks in the UAE. NBAD were keen to expand their international footprint and strengthen their trading solutions globally. BT leveraged its BT Connect portfolio of managed network services to link centralised NBAD IT services from the data centre in the UAE to its network of 12 international branches

Emirates Emirates is the fastest growing airlines in the world with 190+ aircrafts flying to over 130 destinations in more than 70 countries. BT consolidated 70 contact centres sites into a single virtual environment using 6 physical locations with over 1,500 seats

Haier BT provides Haier with end-to-end network management including pro-active network monitoring, technical support, repair services, and regular reporting. BT is also responsible for the management of third party business partners to provide assured service over local access circuits

CLSA BT was chosen by CLSA to provide a fully managed voice, data, and trading systems solution across 14 countries in the Asia Pacific region, the UK, and the US. Under the seven-year agreement, BT is helping CLSA to flex its communication and IT requirements by implementing an innovative, global utility-based pricing model for BT’s networked IT services and the deployment of BT Unified Trading for trading. communications.

BT is allowing Singapore Exchange (SGX) customers in London and Chicago to be offered a cost effective and managed connectivity service linking them to Singapore – allowing them to access the world’s biggest offshore market by simply connecting to BT Radianz at a local, third-party data centre.

Etihad Airways Etihad Airways currently uses a variety of services from BT’s portfolio, including BT’s Inbound Contact to collect calls from multiple countries, conferencing solutions and global connectivity services to connect its operations around the world

HCL HCL is a global technology enterprise offering an integrated IT service portfolio with 90,000 staff operating in 31 countries and is one of the world’s fastest-growing IT companies. The BT IP Connect global platform provides a fully managed converged service, joining China, UK, Poland, Brazil, Netherlands, India and France. Technical support calls emanate from employees in any of over 70 different countries using BT Inbound Contact global.

Etisalat Etisalat selected BT as a partner to support service transformation by introducing a workforce management solution in just 12months; replacing manual, paper-based processes with automated job scheduling, centralised information and comprehensive reporting. New standards of customer service are the result, along with a significant increase in the productivity of field technicians plus big savings of operational cost

BT is providing Bank Central Asia with a new data centre remote from Jakarta, offering the assurance of a separate fully-functioning back up should an event such as a natural disaster ever affect the bank’s ability to operate

Yazaki BT is providing Yazaki with a mixture of Polycom high-definition end-points, hosted and fully managed video bridging services, proactive remote equipment monitoring, and the Engage Meeting Manager scheduling and automation tool.

Totan Totan opted for the BT ITS.Netrix system with 256 trading positions. The BT solution includes a call logging solution and IP-based voice recording – one of the first of its kind in the world.

Microland Microland is using a Cloud Contact platform with multichannel capabilities allowing voice, email, web chat, or co-browsing conversations. The platform’s flexibility means agents can be located anywhere. BT One Voice service offers Microland global outbound voice and data connectivity to any of its clients around the world.

FEX FEX chose the BT Radianz Cloud to provide a new and flexible way for global market participants to access its exchange. The BT Radianz Cloud offers a fully-managed private cloud solution with fast, secure and reliable connectivity.

Midea Midea ultimately chose BT as its partner because of BT’s deep understanding of its business needs, and the fact that its far-reaching global network and technology could cost effectively support the company’s future expansion.

Agoda BT provides Agoda with an Inbound Contact global solution which works with an interactive voice response (IVR) platform and enables intelligent call routing. Customers call one of 34 local numbers in 21 different countries, apparently using a local service. Since the rollout of the global service Agoda is efficiently dealing with thousands of calls each day.
