This qualificaon reflects the role of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to or review management pracces. Their role may be in any industry or organisaonal seng. Typically people in these roles will have considerable experience in their respecve industries or vocaonal areas and couple an informed perspecve of the specific work requirements with their managerial approaches. The Diploma of Leadership and Management requires a sound theorecal knowledge base and managerial competen- cies to plan, carry out and evaluate your own work and/or the work of a team. Compleon of this Diploma provides up to one years credit into relevant degree courses offered by our partner, Southern Cross University. Entry requirements: There are no specific entry requirements, however, compleon of the Cerficate IV in Leadership and Management or Cerficate IV in Business, or vocaonal experience in a management or supervisory role is preferred. Length: Self-paced (12 months). Cost: $1500.00 (subsidised training may be available for eligible parcipants) Payment opons: Pay in full before the course commences and receive a 20% discount; or pay by the month with a $350 ini- al payment (which includes a $100 administraon fee and the first two monthstuion fees) followed by $115 per month for 10 months. We are currently exploring funding options available from both the NSW and Commonwealth

Governments which will allow us to deliver subsidised training to our member organisations

and Aboriginal students.
