Website Administration

I was the primary web administrator for www.folgerautomotive.com, www.folgerkia.com, www.folgerkiaeast.com, www.folgerkiasouth.com, and www.folgersubaru.com. In addition, I was a secondary web administrator for www.williamsbuickgmc.com. I updated all of the promotional content and special offers, ensured that the vehicle inventory listings and vehicle internet pricing were correct, optimized website navigation to maximize conversion, increased website SEO (Search Engine Optimization) rankings, and analyzed website metrics and trends on a regular basis.

Domain Management

I was the administrator for the Folger Automotive, LLC GoDaddy.com account. I purchased website domains and managed which DNS or URL they were redirected to.

Inventory Management

I was the dealership administrator for the Folger Automotive vAuto inventory management systems. I worked with the

new car managers, used car managers, and inventory photo managers to ensure that the inventory data feeds were properly updated and sent over to the websites and 3rd-

Party vendor sites such as AutoTrader.com and Cars.com.

Website Chat System Administration

I was the ContactAtOnce! website chat system administrator for Folger Kia East Charlotte, Folger Kia South Charlotte, and Folger Subaru of Charlotte. I set up dealership staff members via desktop, mobile device, and/or tablet so that they could use the chat system to assist inquiring customers that are browsing the dealership websites. This chat system is integrated with the dealership websites, AutoTrader.com, Cars.com, DealerRater.com, Edmunds.com, Kia.com (for Folger Kia), Blogger, and Facebook accounts.

Cars.com Account Management

I was the primary dealership administrator for the Folger Subaru of Charlotte and Folger Kia South Charlotte Cars.com accounts. I updated monthly special offers, ensured that the current inventory listed online was up-to-date, uploaded new TV ad videos and photos for the dealership profile pages, and managed the dealerships’ online reputation on Cars.com.

AutoTrader.com Account Management

I was the primary dealership administrator for the Folger Kia East Charlotte and Folger Kia South Charlotte AutoTrader.com accounts. I updated the vehicle spotlight ads and special offers, ensured that the current inventory listed online was up-to-date, and uploaded new TV ad videos for the dealership profile pages.

Edmunds.com Account Management

I was the primary dealership administrator for the Folger Subaru of Charlotte and Folger Kia South Charlotte Edmunds.com accounts. I ensured that the current inventory listed online and internet pricing was up-to-date, integrated the ContactAtOnce! Chat system with the accounts, and managed the dealerships’ online reputation on Edmunds.com.

TRUECar.com Account Management

I was the dealership administrator for the Folger Kia East Charlotte, Folger Kia South Charlotte, and Folger Subaru of Charlotte TrueCar.com accounts. I updated the dealership profile pages, ensured that the internet pricing rules for new vehicles were updated, and I made sure that the internet leads were properly integrated with the CRM system.

3 Birds Marketing e-Newsletters

I managed the monthly Folger Kia and Folger Subaru e-newsletters that are sent to the Folger Kia and Folger Subaru owners and prospects email databases. These can be viewed on www.charlottekianews.com and www.charlottesubaru.com. This is a soft-sell approach geared towards building positive long-term customer relationships and referrals. In general, each month I included information about dealership sales and promotions, special coupon offers, community events information, as well as articles of interest.

DealerRater.com Account Management

I was the primary dealership administrator for the Folger Subaru of Charlotte, Folger East Charlotte, and Folger Kia South Charlotte DealerRater.com accounts. I ensured that the dealerships’ information was accurate, I updated dealerships’ staff listings as needed, integrated the ContactAtOnce! Chat system with the accounts, placed customer review feeds on the dealership websites, and I managed the dealerships’ online reputation on DealerRater.com.

Facebook Account Management

I was the community manager for the Folger Kia East Charlotte, Folger Kia South Charlotte, and Folger Subaru of Charlotte Facebook company pages. I posted relevant auto-related content and information about current sales and promotions at the dealerships, updated cover photos, upload TV ad videos, and I uploaded photos including photos of our happy customers when they purchased a vehicle. I also had the Facebook feed embedded on the dealership websites and blogs, and linked on some of our 3rd-Party sites.

YouTube Account Management

I was the account manager for the Folger Automotive, Folger Kia East Charlotte, Folger Kia South Charlotte, and Folger Subaru of Charlotte YouTube channels. I uploaded all TV ads, vehicle walk-around videos, and event videos, optimized the video titles, video descriptions, and video tags, plus back-linked the videos to the dealership websites in order to increase organic Video Search Engine Optimization (VSEO).

LinkedIn Company Profile Account Management

I was the manager for the Folger Automotive, LLC LinkedIn.com company page. I posted updates about current offers as well as updated information on the products that are offered at the different dealerships.

Blogger Account Management

I was the content manager for the dealership blogs, which are run on Blogger at www.charlottekia.blogspot.com and www.charlottesubaru.blogspot.com. Blog posts included information on current sales and promotions, dealership and community events, plus auto-industry news.

Pinterest Account Management

I was the content manager for the Folger Kia East Charlotte, Folger Kia South Charlotte, and Folger Subaru of Charlotte Pinterest pages. I uploaded dealership events photos, happy customers photos, and new vehicle photos and back-linked each one to the dealership websites.

Flick Account Management

I was the content manager for the Folger Kia East Charlotte, Folger Kia South Charlotte, and Folger Subaru of Charlotte Flickr pages. I primarily uploaded happy customers photos on here, in order to build positive CRM and to increase organic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) value.

Twitter Account Manager

I was the content manager for the Folger Kia East Charlotte, Folger Kia South Charlotte, and Folger Subaru of Charlotte Twitter pages.

ReachLocal Search Engine Marketing Campaigns

I worked with ReachLocal in managing our Search Engine Marketing campaigns for paid search text advertising and retargeting display ads for Folger Subaru of Charlotte and for both Folger Kia dealerships.

DealerSocket CRM System

I was the administrator for the DealerSocket CRM system, and was responsible for setting up the email addresses and the internet lead management processes used for email marketing follow-up to our customers and prospects through the CRM system.
