Indeed, Outsourcing DOES NOT have to exist in itself exclusively through third party partitioning of non strategic services so that the client can dedicate it’s own resources and time to the management and development of its “core business”, but MUST ALSO create for the client, centers of excellence in “complimentary” services as to guarantee perfect integration with the other business processes. The solution adopted by PS allows the

done by the EDP center as well as

We manage more than 45.000 payslips

annually made up of over 40 national,

territorial, and integrated collective

contracts.

We utilize a program of elaboration (Omnia)

entirely created in “windows” sources that

utilizes Office applications (word, excel,

access) and MS SQL databases for every

functional use.

The program in question, recently acquired

by TeamSystem a leader in information

technology products and services for

companies, can already boast millions of

users in the national territory and the

management of the major part of the

collective contracts in force to date,

including, obviously, your own.

One of the co-founders of PS has

collaborated for years in the development of

the program and today remains a referral

point for updates and implementations. This

in-depth knowledge of the program allows

us therefore, to take advantage of its

maximum potential in total autonomy

without having to depend on the software

house for reporting or personalized requests

by Clients.

It is a considerable advantage that we are

able to satisfy the requests of the clientele in

very brief periods of time, contrary to the

major part of our competitors which still

utilize programs which have been available on

the market for more than 20 years and, even

if presented with the windows graphic, are

supported and programmed by obsolete

computer language (cobol, basci, etc.).

For this reason these individuals, in our

opinion, either are not able to guarantee to

the clients all of the information requested, or

have to confront personalization and

considerable maintenance costs in order to

provide a sufficient response.

Our program, on the other hand, for the

reasons mentioned above, is highly flexible

and has allowed us to create particularly

interesting WEB solutions that have met with

the full satisfaction of our clients, for

example: online archives of vital statistics,

contractual, retributive, pay slip, attendance

data, and much more.

Therefore, the creation of a service company

around such a program was not a

coincidence, but the result of willpower and

research carried out throughout the years by

the co-founders of PS, who, in order to find a

program that responds to our needs as well

as those of our clients, needed to find a

stable, secure and flexible system able to

fully respond to requests as well as being

easily usable by its operators.

Through the use of Professional Solutions S.r.l.’s web

procedure Exatio, every employee, collaborator or intern

connected to the INTERNET from any terminal can visualize-

print-save their monthly payslips and annual CUD forms.

After authorization, upon accessing the Exatio area the user

will find a PDF archive of all of their payslips/CUD forms.

By typing “ open/download” into the comand area, the user

can visualize, print and or save their payslip in PDF or in the

computer program of their choice. The same can also be

done with the CUD form.

The operation mentioned above can be carried out at any

moment, more than once, and between months of time as

the payslip remains on-line. The system acts as a data

transmission archive and conforms with up to date workplace

documentation elaboration and reproduction regulations.

In this way, the process completely substitutes the need for

the distribution of hardcopy payslips and CUD forms.

Web services

Our company sells or lends the employee attendance

tracking program in order to carry out the monthly

elaboration of employee attendance and absences.

The program registers daily employee time tracking,

balances hourly absences with that of ordinary monthly

attendance, shows overtime hours worked, sick days,

maternity leave, company transfers, vacation, authorized

work leave, etc.

At the end of every month employee attendance sheets are

elaborated, registered, and printed to the National Payroll

Register.

Attendance/absence information can be uploaded either

through the use of badge terminals installed in the

workplace, through web procedures or through excel files.

The program provides a vast range of reporting abilities

including those regarding absences.

This entire service can be managed through outsourcing.

In this way the clients entrusts the monthly activity of

management, assistance and maintenance of attendance

tracking. This service includes direct assistance to the

employees for problems connected to the compilation,

registration and transmission of attendance data even in the

case of requested leave.

The personnel budget management software allows the user

maximum flexibility of administration and use.

Personnel cost data is taken from the program’s database

and is then elaborated directly into the payslips. This avant-

guarde solutions allows for the cost data to be visualized and
