ZUMBAIt’s a combination of dance and cardiovascular training. Fast and slow rhythms are combined in order to tone and sculpt the body, focusing on the buttocks, legs, arms, abdomen and heart.

YOGA Yoga is originated in India; it has many branches like Ashtanga yoga and Hatta yoga. The goal of this discipline is to restore connections between body, mind and spirit. Yoga´s benef its are: keeps f it your body, hardens and lengthens your muscles, balances your nervous system, purif ies your circulatory system and eliminates stress.

Abdomen, Leg, Buttocks (G.A.P.)Training is to tone buttocks, abdomen and legs. This class is designed to work intensely the lower body of the woman.

PilatesIt is a system of physical and mental training created by the German Joseph Pilates, based on his knowledge of different specialties such as gymnastics, orthopedics, ballet and yoga, combining the dynamism and muscle strength, mental control, breathing and relaxation. The method focuses on the development of internal muscles to maintain body balance and provide stability and strength to the spine.

SwimmingIn swimming lessons you will learn to control your body f loating in the water, the right technique in the 4 swimming styles, increase your speed through training and if you want you can take part in events and competitions.

SC KICK BOXIn this class you will develop a great cardiovascular endurance, in a class that integrates different movements from boxing and Martial Arts, it's a fun class that helps you increase your physical condition.Clase donde se incrementa fuerza, resitencia y f lexibilada mediante diferentes ejercios en un trampolin se incorporan ejercicios de fuerza, balance, pilates. Ropa comoda y tenis ad.

SC JUMPA class where strength, f lexibility and resistance are increased by different excecises on a trampoline. Strength training, balance, pilates are incorporated.

EXTREME WORKOUTIt is a very intense f itness class in which you develop your main athleticism. Teamwork and creating a community make this class an addiction.
