DR. GREGORY BAYS BROWN
RéVive was founded in 1997 by Dr. Brown a renown Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He dedicated much of his career to researching the ways to accelerate the healing of damaged skin in burn victims. Through his research he discovered the restorative benefits of a Nobel Prize-winning bio-engineered molecule. He soon discovered that this molecule could also rejuvenate healthy skin. Merging bio-technology with beauty he launched a skincare company.

Elana Drell Szyfer is a Global Beauty expert with more than 25 years of experience managing brands and companies. She is currently the CEO of ReVive, a luxury skincare brand that was purchased by Tengram Capital Partners, a private equity firm, from Shiseido in December 2017. Elana’s transformational leadership skills have been built at global multi-branded strategic market leaders including L’Oreal and Estee Lauder, and independent privately-owned companies. She is a strategic advisor to Private Equity on beauty acquisitions and executional and operational strategies. Elana sits on the Board of Cos Bar, This Works Skincare, Algenist and Gotha, an Italy based contract manufacturer. She is a Board Member of Cosmetics Executive Women, and an Executive Mentor at Fashion Institute of Technology in their Cosmetics and Fragrance Master’s Program. Elana and her husband Claude, reside in New Jersey with their three daughters.
