1. Pursuant to the National Office Memorandum No.42, s. 2020, which stipulaies lhe Guidelinesin ths conduct of regular scouting programs, projecls and activities during Covid-1g GlobalPandemic as the "IVEI4/ /VOR,'AL" situation ctassitied under the GCQ, ECO and MECQ, theQuezon Council, BSP is pleased to announce lhe conduct of Virtual Basic Training Coursefor Outflt Advisors (OA) on October 30 - 31, 2O2O via goggte meethttps://meetgoogle.com/nyu-ouby-aez

2. Scouting movement is considered a leaming organization. An organization which honesindividuals' innate crpabilities. Thus, Quezon Council, BSP establishes a virtual training /conferences for the groMh and developmeni of adult leaders. This virtual training aims to:

a. Produce a well-trained, task-odented, self-directed, motivated, and educated adullleaders who will serve as the principal component in lhe realization of scouiing ideals.

b. Familiarize the recenl changes and development in the areas of youlh program.c. Acquire vast knowledge on how to keep scouts safe and cope to lhe "NEW

NORMAL',

3. This virtual training is inlended io all Outfit Advisors who have registered on the previousscheduled training of Troop Leaders and other potential Unit Leaders.
