On September 21st Ellis Medicine officially broke ground onthe hospital’s Enhanced Urgent Care facility at 103 SitterlyRoad in Clifton Park. The event marks a major step forwardfor Ellis’ plan to bring a higher level of care, closer to home, forcommunities it has long-served in southern Saratoga County.More than 100 community leaders, elected officials and mem-bers of the community joined employees, physicians anddonors in marking the occasion. The new 38,000 square foot,two-floor facility includes six hospital treatment rooms andwill be open during the extended hours of 10 am to midnight,seven days a week. In addition, physician offices will be locatedon the second floor bringing such specialty services as cardiol-ogy, general surgery and primary care to the community.
