    The Weekly Progress sheet will graph grades for a semester and graphs the

    Weekly Progress shows all the Mondays of the semester. You can enter any other current date (Ctrl-;)

    1. Type the classes and the appropriate dates in the gray boxes if they are not correct on the Weekly Page -- the other will self correct

    2. Enter the student goals in the light green cells.

    3. Type the grades in the yellow cells. The graph will form as you enter the numbers. Green for opt-out potential, orange = D, red = F

    4. You can save this file once per student

    You can copy each worksheet for each student.

    Right-click on the worksheet tab

    Rename the new tab (Left-click Drop Down Arrow and pick rename)5. Be sure to read the GPA Uses and Misuses

    6. You can copy the Courses from "Weekly Progress" to the appropriate year/semester on "GPA Calculator"

    7. Once you've created a file for each student you can copy their weekly progress worksheet and rename it for a new semester.

    or you can just reuse the old one by typing over the old dates.
