The company’s state-of-the-art machine park provides machinery to meet the latest technological processes. Bison ChuCks s.A. offers such solutions from leading manufacturers of machinery industry i.e.

Currently Bison ChuCks s.A. is taking part in two investment projects co-financed with EU grants.

The first of these project’s purpose is to launch onto the market a self-centering vise. This product is based on the company’s own research and development, with successfully submitted patent application.

The other project under development contains a power chuck with electric drive. These chucks will be manufactured on the technological line of the investee. This line has been designed using innovative technology.

Bison ChuCks s.A. is an international manufacturer of top-quality technological tooling for machining purposes. The company provides construction, engineering and research services, as well as technological design processes.

As part of the company’s development process, Bison ChuCks s.A. in the last quarter of 2014 has moved into newly built modern manufacturing facility, based in Suwałki Special Economic Zone (SSSE) Subzone Białystok, Poland.

Together with company’s brand new purpose build premises, Bison ChuCks s.A. has also purchased new machinery, such as okuma VTM series multifunction machines which have significantly advanced the manufacture of our world renowned range of Ø 800 to 2,000 mm chucks.

Production engineersour machinery park comprehends the latest machinery from the Okuma brand – a global leader manufacturer in CnC machine tools manufacturing and machining process optimization. Our new machine Okuma’s VTM-1200YB 5-axis multitasking CNC turning machine is suitable for heavy-duty machining of large-diameter workpieces with a max. turning diameter of Ø 1,200 mm.

The Okuma’s Space Center MA-400HA is a full 4-axis multi-function machine with a tool magazine containing 60 different tools. it is also equipped with measuring equipment which allows to measure the existing details with an accuracy of 0.005 mm.

The Okuma’s MULTUS U4000 is a state of the art multitasking machine with a true Y-axis, automatic tool changer and sub-spindle. The machine is capable of handling milling, turning and boring processes with a wide variety of different tools.
