Agilent BioAnalyzer: Connections and Startup
The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer is very useful tool in analyzing RNA
quality for real-time PCR and microarray experiments. It combines
a miniature of gel electrophoresis and scanning spectrophotometry
to allow analysis of quality of RNA, DNA and protein samples using
very small amounts of material, i.e., nanograms or even picograms
of total RNA

detect each attached instrument
located at respective Com ports.
(will be Com1 if RS232 direct, or
Com >4 if RS232/USB is used)
