set for bids opening].
The bid security shall be limited to a Bid Securing Declaration or one of the following
forms in accordance with the following amounts:
1. The amount of Php 158,399.55 [2% of ABC], if bid security is in cash,
cashier’s/manager’s check, bank draft/guarantee or irrevocable letter of credit;
2. The amount of Php 395,998.87 [5% of ABC] if bid security is in Surety Bond.
