Dave has lectured at dozens of events like this since he published his first book, Clouded Titles, in 2010. Dave has taught CLE for attorneys in Texas and has lectured to the Texas Clerk’s Association. Dave and Al West have authored two books together, The C&E on Steroids! and The Quiet Title War Manual, which have sold hundreds of copies to consumers fighting against the banks in foreclosure actions all over the United States!

Allen D. “Al” West, Esq. is a California attorney who has waged war against the banks and their servicers in dozens of actions across the state and probably has more quiet title and cancellation and expungement (C&E) action “wins” than any other attorney on record when it comes to dealing with the Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits and their henchmen trying to steal peoples’ homes. Al also practices in the areas of personal injury and criminal law as well. He and Dave have done many workshops together.

Donald L. “Don” Woolard is a real estate broker/agent who was an Asset Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). (2) Payment of Registration Fees. The cost to attend the Workshop is fixed at $695.00 per person and $895.00 per couple. For the purposes of registration, a “couple” is defined as a husband and wife, a legally consummated partnership, an investor-partner and/or you and your attorney. No other “deals” are permitted! You are responsible for sleeping room accommodations and travel arrangements. We have a group discount rate at the host hotel at the contact number above. (4) Promptness. The ballroom doors will open at 8:00 a.m. both days. You should plan on being in your seat no later than 8:15 a.m. each day. Seats are “golden” for this event as we show you steps to “recover” from your foreclosure and/or create cash flow to “open new doors” in your life! If you are arriving late, you should expect to be seated in the back of the ballroom so as not to disrupt the lectures. (5) Cell Phones. Silence and store all cell phones while at the event. If you have to make or return calls during the event, please do so during the breaks provided! (6) Recording. Because of the sensitivity of the material being disseminated, no recording devices will be allowed! This includes taking pictures and screen shots of material already provided to you in your class materials! You agree that any violation of this rule constitutes a “disruption” under Paragraph 12 of this form! (7) Laptop Computers. Laptops will be allowed as they are absolutely necessary for aiding you in doing homework for this event; however, we will not allow you to run extension cords to outlets, so you should plan on charging your laptop battery to full capacity before each day of the event or provide your own battery backup, as insurance regulations do not permit running cords on the floor which could create a trip hazard. This will be strictly enforced! (8) Class Materials. We have taken great effort to insure that you are provided the necessary books and other related materials and we will also provide you with note taking materials. There will be certain books and workbooks included with the event; however, other research materials and USB flash drives will be available for sale at the event (a la carte). We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards ONLY! Only one set of materials will be provided per individual or couple; however, additional materials may be purchased separately, if desired. (9) Discussion of Pending Cases. We understand that you may be involved in current litigation in attempting to defend a foreclosure. To that end, attendees are permitted to bring their case files to the event for discussion outside of the event; however, we will not permit discussion of your case during the event as we are on a limited time frame to present all of the relevant information we have that has been time tested and proven to help you “bounce back” from financial setbacks! (10) Day-of-Show Registration. Due to limited seating, we cannot guarantee that day-of-show registrants will be accommodated and day-of-show registration must be accompanied by this form; otherwise, you will not be permitted into the room. (11) Refunds and Chargebacks. You agree and understand that no refunds of any fees paid will be permitted. You further agree that chargebacks on credit cards used to pay for the event will incur a $50 chargeback fee and the entire sum due that has been charged back will be enforced and you agree to pay all attorney’s fees associated with the enforcement of collection and/or judgment.

(12) Disruptive Behavior. You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner at the event. You agree that if you are deemed by the host to be disruptive or violate Rules #6, #13 or #14, you will be ejected from the event with no refund. Please respect the fact we will provide you with opportunities to get your relevant questions answered if not answered within the event itself. (13) False Representation Through Adverse Affiliation. You further agree that as an attendee, you understand that by your signature on this form that you attest that you are not affiliated with a law firm that conducts foreclosures against real property. We do our best to pre-screen all state bar members prior to the event and any violation of this rule constitutes a no admittance-no refund policy for any fees paid prior to the event and also applies to any attempted day-of-show registration. (14) Networking at the Event. One of the successes you will enjoy as an attendee is the opportunity to network with others; however, we do not specifically endorse nor recommend any services or solicitations associated outside of this event and attendees will not be permitted to solicit for services unless specifically agreed to prior to the event! You agree that any violation of this solicitation Rule during the actual event constitutes a “disruption” under Paragraph 12 of this form! (15) Education, Benefits and Disclaimers.
