Straits Trading Building, Singapore

Straits Trading Building is a 999-year leasehold office building strategically located in the prime financial district, along Battery Road. The Grade A office building comprises 19 office levels, four carpark levels, two open sky terraces and F&B/retail outlets on the first storey. Completed in 2009, the 28-storey skyscraper has a distinctive trapezoidal shape that is designed to maximise the views.

Knight Frank Singapore successfully brokered the sale of Straits Trading Building to Sun Venture Group for S$450 million. This translates to about S$2,832 psf based on net lettable area of approximately 158,902 sq ft.

Gallery Hotel, Singapore

Gallery Hotel is a 10-storey hotel with 223 hotel rooms, including a two-storey conservation annex block and two basement levels of car park. Strategically located at the heart of Robertson Quay, along the historic riverfront area of the famous Singapore River, the hotel is well-served by major roads such as Central Expressway and Havelock Road, and enjoys excellent connectivity to the rest of the island.

Knight Frank Singapore successfully sold the hotel to RB Capital for S$232.5 million on behalf of the Ngo family.

Anderson 18 sits on freehold land that measures approximately 112,098 sq ft. Under Master Plan 2003, the land is zoned for residential use at a gross plot ratio of 2.8. Tucked away in a quiet crème de la crème residential enclave, it is just a few minutes' walk to the bustling Orchard Road and prestigious clubs such as The Tanglin Club and The American Club.

Knight Frank Singapore successfully brokered the collective sale deal at a sale price of S$477.7 million in March 2007 to a joint venture company formed by City Developments Limited and Wing Tai.

Alexandra Central, Singapore

A mixed development comprising a 13-storey hotel tower perched atop a six-storey podium with three levels of strata F&B and retail shops, and a three-storey car park. The 116 units of strata shops were launched for sale on 21st January 2013.

Knight Frank Singapore was appointed as the joint marketing agent by CEL Alexandra Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd. About 98% of the shops were sold within a day of the preview launch with prices ranging from S$4,000 psf to S$7,000 psf.

Commercial Sales

We specialise in sales of commercial project launches, HDB and private shophouses, strata shops, strata offices as well as special properties such as medical suites, boutique hotels and restaurants.

Royal Wharf is a residential-led, mixed-use development scheme with over 500 metres of River Thames frontage, located in London’s Royal Docks. The site has planning consent for an approximately 3,907,332 sq ft development with 3,385 homes, a new school, shops, offices and riverside restaurants.

Knight Frank Singapore identified Oxley Holdings, a lifestyle property developer specialising in quality residential, commercial and industrial projects based in Singapore, as a key buyer and worked with the London office to acquire the site at £200 million.

Pembridge Palace HotelLondon, UK

Transacted in the sale of this freehold hotel to Lum Chang Orion at £25.99 million after an intensive bidding process. The property extends approximately 30,099 sq ft.

McDonald’s PlaceKing Albert Park, Singapore

Transacted in the sale of this 51,410 sq ft freehold commercial asset for S$150 million through a private treaty exercise, to Oxley Sanctuary.
