before approving to hire.

Project Manager/HR, 2013-2014  Hired as Project Manager and HR Assistant with the intent to go into HR Full Time. Client Relations. Scheduling. Shipping. Recruiting. Hiring. Training. Data Entry. Reporting/Tracking.Key Results:        Most called upon employee in the project management department to train other employees.        Asked by multiple managers on multiple occasions to help out in other departments        Hired by Vice President of the company to implement new policies and procedures.

 ALRO STEEL CORP— Wauwatosa, WIMetal supplier with locations across the United States.  Approx. Employees:  100 employees in the Wauwatosa branch.

HR/Office Manager/Sales, 2008-2013                                          Responsible for all of the HR and Office responsibilities for the branch. Hired by and reported to the General Manager. Implemented HR policies and procedures; recruited employees; provided orientation and training programs. Managed personnel records; administer benefits enrollment; handled all office management responsibilities; and handled HR generalist workplace issues.  Was asked by the General Manager, District Vice President and Branch Sales Manager to help out in sales.Key Results:       Decreased turnover rate by more than 70% in less than one year.         Counseled employees on work related and personal issues, operating practices, and benefits. 

Result:  Reduced employee absenteeism by 35% and improved employee morale.       Developed improved procedures and format for employee interviews by utilizing background checks

and pre-employment drug screens.         Became the top sales member, selling at least $1 million each month, in less than 6 months of
