●Fear - Wikipedia, the free encyclopaedia

● Fear from the Greek: φόβος,phóbos, meaning "fear" or "morbid fear", a negative sensation induced by a perceived threat. ●Social phobia - also called social anxiety disorder, is fear of social situations which may be embarrassed or judged

●Being excessively self-conscious and afraid of humiliating yourself in front of others ●Your anxiety over how you will look and what others will think may lead you to avoid certain social situations you’d otherwise enjoy

●Fear of public speaking - an extremely common phobia, is a type of social phobia. Other fears associated include -:

IDENTIFY, MANAGE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT

●People typically express fear in four distinct ways. They either Fight, Freeze, Faint or Flee. Some consider this the 4 faces of fear or the Four F’s ●Fighters and fear is what activates their anger●Freezers are people who are paralyzed and speechless when they’re scared●Fainters are people who are dazed, and puzzled●Flee-ers the last crowd run, abandon situations, back off, and go into hiding when they’re scared; they’re the Flee-ers ●Knowing this builds and strengthens your Emotional Intelligence. As a result, you become more relatable and relevant to others and open to perspectives
