Sanitary •One pipe system.•Approx 2000kg of effluent is collected. •Daily flow of water: 36/m3/day•Effluent collected is further carried to treatment plants.

CONCLUSION
Strength.Level: ground to earth, i.e. G+1hence no need of lift.Community: since it’s a community based project security would not be least concern.Services: RWH, Bio-gas plant, water treatment plant, makes the community self dependent.
Weakness.Location: site located on outskirts.Travelling: since site is located on outskirts,Travelling is an issue for EWS people.Commercials: no major commercial space alloted.
OpportunityCentral open courtyards can be used for landscaping.
Threats.No compound walls causes threat for community.
