British Taekwondo Clubs everywhere! We're extremely excited about our brand new programme KickSister, designed for and with women only in mind. This summer, British Taekwondo needs your help to
deliver our new kicksister programme.
kicksister is specifically aimed at women and girls aged 14+
kicksister is based on fitness, fun, and introduces some self-‐defence moves
kicksister provides a soft-‐entry into Taekwondo
kicksister has been designed to give women confidence while teaching them some new skills New kicksisters can join your full club as a Yellow Belt after 12 weeks! Existing female members can attend the kicksister class for extra training Funding is available to get your kicksister programme started! We want to hear from you, if you :

We will give you all of the resources you need to deliver a great kicksister programme:
12 lesson plans to kick-‐start your new class using fun, fitness, friendship and Taekwondo A starter pack of marketing materials to attract a new audience from your local community, including
250 kicksister flyers 1 kicksister pop-‐up banner E-‐posters for local partners to use in marketing campaigns
Opportunities to buy more flyers and banners to keep your class going 1 kicksister Instructor t-‐Shirt (black) 6 kicksister participant t-‐Shirts (white 2 x small, 2 x medium, 2 x large) Opportunities to sell more participant t-‐shirts to raise money for your club An administration pack containing welcome letters, membership forms, advertising tips and advice on giving good customer service. Tools to monitor and evaluate sessions, including attendance registers, data collection forms, participant surveys and instructor feedback forms. Membership cards for every kicksister
And you set the price for your class!
In return, we want you to: Do a bit of local market research to find out if there is a need for a female only class in your area ask friends, work colleagues and mums of existing members
offer appropriately Advertise your new class in places where women and girls go mother and
nail bars, hairdressers, schools (girls only PE classes), colleges, universities, leisure centres, gymnasiums, other female sports leagues Use the kicksister
Tell us when and where your kicksister class will be taking place and we will use kicksister Facebook and Twitter sites to promote it on your behalf Deliver a new kicksister specifically aimed at females aged 14+ Report weekly how many kicksisters attend your class aim for 10-‐20 kicksisters per week Complete and return the montoring and evaluation paperwork on a quarterly basis Give us £5 per kicksister to insure your new kicksisters and add them to the national database!
