Role playing• Student in class and the
perspective of the teacher • Students to discuss attending
class and being inclusive• Bullying and intimidation• Students point of view towards

Action Pathway: Important the connection with student• On Occasion a speaker will be
asked to do a workshop with students • Followed by group discussion to
reinforce the message and how students understood what speakers message was.
STEP FORWARD OUTLOOK
• AIM to support our students be more confident and to speak up or better Engage in School Activity • How to take a Leadership Mindset to assist the student in School• How to Support our student take the positives in their school lives and
prompt them to use school time in a proactive manner and to make this time be a successful and Achievable Goal • Taking their Culture and heritage backgrounds and integrating the
positives to their Academic journey, encouraging students to be and think in a positive manner.

Program Pathway• Mentor and students identify their
weakness and how to breakdown that barrier
• Group discussion about this matter followed with action and implementing a solution
• Role playing activity to better understand the matter
• Distributing roles and small tasks and selecting different persons to take the leadership role , following up issues with action.
Action Plan: inspiring guest speakers• Guest speakers workshops to
inspire and confirm our message • Organize an Event to invite
positive persons to speak and engage with or students• Reinforce these guests message
through group discussions that reveal student focused pathways
