Allergen information
In case of cow‘s milk allergy: For the preparation of BRAVO Yogurt all milk types from mammals (e.g. also
goat and sheep) are suitable. People sufering from milk allergies, especially cow‘s milk allergy, should choo-
se a type of milk that they can tolerate.
In case of lactose intolerance: After a full fermentation of BRAVO Yogurt large parts of lactose are meta-
bolized and converted by the microorganisms. After fermentation by lactic acid bacteria BRAVO Yogurt
contains hardly lactose. Possibly a sensitivity can be avoided by reducing the daily amount of yogurt as far
as necessary..
Colostrum mix and starters are free from colorants and preservatives, lavors, sugars, gluten, soya, wheat,
rice, starch, egg or nuts.

Refrigerate, tightly closed, protected from light and humidity
Important: MyBIOSA® Yogurt EasyKit (components 1 + 2) must be stored in the refrigerator and protected
from moisture.
The preparation and fermentation
The preparation of MyBIOSA Yogurt in your kitchen is easy. In addition to the MyBIOSA® EasyKit compo-
nents 1 and 2, you only need 1 liter of milk and usual kitchen utensils. Cook the milk and mix the compo-
nents contained in the Easy Kit. 24 - 48 hours later you have MyBIOSA Yogurt ready to drink, suicient for
one week. Milk and kitchen accessories are not provided in the Easy Kit. For preparation and fermentation
of MyBIOSA Yogurt, please notice the preparation instructions.
Necessary ingredients
1 liter of milk
1 x MyBIOSA® Component 1 (Colostrum Mix)
1 x MyBIOSA® Component 2 (Starter)
Preferable is pasteurized whole cow‘s milk should be used with 3.8% fat content, preferably in organic
quality. This milk is in highest quality in protein and nutrient content. Homogenized and non-homogeni-
zed milk can be used. Raw milk may be used as it is boiled anyway. Any milk derived from mammals (cow,
goat, sheep) is suitable. Depending on the origin and type of milk, the consistency of the inished yogurts
may vary.
Bring 1 liter of milk to the boil and let it
cool down
(Milk and kitchen accessories are not
provided in the Easy Kit)
Add the components 1+2 and and mix

Now you have your yogurt ready to drink,
su�ucient for one week. Enjoy!
Leave the yoghurt to stand for approx.
24–48 hours at room temperature

Recommended consumption of MyBIOSA Yogurt
Adults daily consume 100-125ml after or together with a diet rich in iber - for example, it is advisable
to use ColoSTABIL®.
Children: daily amount analogous to body weight
Consume after or together with a high-iber meal. dr.reinwald´s ColoSTABIL® prebiotic is highly re-
commended for this purpose. Stir well before drinking / eating.
Do never add sugar or artiicial sweeteners. Also avoid products containing them (drinks, food), since
the efect of the yogurt is negatively modiied in the intestine.
Prepared MyBIOSA Yoghurt can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. However, MyBIOSA
Yoghurt must not be frozen.
