VENUE • The venue must be accessible no less than four (4) hours prior to the time that doors
open for patrons to allow load in, set up, and sound check time. • The presenter agrees to provide parking for Artist’s vehicle as close to the stage as
possible. Where needed, parking passes should be mailed with contract. • Band will use one and a half (1 ½ ) hours before doors open for sound check. • If available please provide: • Venue Contact:___________________________ Phone#_______________________ DRESSING ROOMS/HOSPITALITY • Presenter agrees to provide one (1) secured private dressing room which can
comfortably hold nine (9) for Artist’s use. A seperate dressing room for the female in the band is appreciated but not required.
• Ideally, the dressing room should be equipped with full length mirror, clean towels and clothing rack, which are all appreciated but not required.
• Please provide 24 bottles of water (perferably “Smart Water”) and 12 Gatorades on ice, if possible.
• Please provide light refreshments (cookies, chips, fruit, etc.), this is appreciated but not required.
CONTRACT RIDER
STAGING To create the best environment for your guests and the Artist, Presenter agrees to furnish a stage with the following minimum • Dimensions: twenty-‐four (24’) feet wide, sixteen (16’) feet deep, and two (2’) to three (3’) feet in height with stair access to side of stage. Please understand that this stage size is very critcal to Bantum Rooster’s performance and could present unsafe conditions if not provided.
• An eight (8’) by eight (8’) feet with two (2’) feet height drum riser. • An eight (8’) by four (4’) with one (1’) foot height horn line riser is preferred, but not required.
• An eight (8’) by four (4’) with one (1’) foot height lead guitar riser is preferred, but not required.
POWER REQUIREMENTS
• The presenter to provide six (6) separate 120 Volt, 20 Amp circuits within twenty (20) feet of the stage for Artist’s equipment.
• A single 240 Volt outlet for sound and lighting production within twenty (20) feet of the stage.
• Presenter to provide two (2) heavy duty tables for sound and lighting equipment. SOUND AND LIGHTING
• Please refer to attached stage plot for channel assignments and monitor mix requirements.
• Please contact Booking Manger/Creative Services Director, Shane Morgan (336-‐953-‐9487, [email protected]) for specific FOH requirements.
• If lighting is not a part of your custom package please provide adeqaute lighting for the band. Reccomended: 8 to 16 LED par cans.
ACCOMODATIONS/CATERING
• If food or drink is made available to the guests, complimentary meals are requested, not exceed fifteen (15) people – band and production crew.
• If a full hot meal is not possible, snacks and beverages are appreciated. • If lodging is required (please refer to “Hospitality” section of your contract) please book minimum 3-‐star Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, or equivalent within close (10 miles or less) proximity to venue. Please provide 8 double rooms.
• If rooms are not part of the contract, please allow band to access dressing rooms a couple hours prior to performance start time.

PAYMENT
• Make balance due checks payable to M² Entertainment LLC, thirty (30) minutes prior to performance
