LOCATION The Hill of Banchory Business Park is located in the town of Banchory 17 miles west of Aberdeen. The popular

commuter town, which supports a population of approximately 7000, is easily accessible from Aberdeen via the

A93.

LEASE TERMS The conventional office suites are available on effective Full Repairing and Insuring leases for a term to be agreed. Longer term lease will require to contain a provision for upwards only rent reviews at regular intervals.

ENTRY On conclusion of legal missives.

SERVICE CHARGE As is normal practice in multi-tenanted office buildings, the tenant will be responsible for a service charge payment in lieu of the repair and maintenance of the common and external parts of the building. The tenant’s contribution to service charge will be calculated pro rata based on a percentage of the total floor area occupied.
