1. Teach students to read;2. Develop mastery of English and Language Arts content standards;3. Provide intensive, accelerated, and extensive English and Language Arts development;4. Facilitate growth of at least two to three years for every year of instruction; 5. Accelerate student re-entry into the core/general curriculum within two years;6. Address language development;7. Increase oral communication;8. Practice speaking and listening to the English language (Everyday English for Newcomers to English).

LANGUAGE! is for students in grades 3-12 whose reading achievement is two or more years below grade level, including English Learners, struggling readers, and students with disabilities. It is a Tier III program that is provided by the district to help our students.
