Aurora Quest Vision

To be an exemplary school that develops creative and innovative thinkers and leaders who are driven by our guiding principles, and seek opportunities to extend and apply their learning beyond the walls of our school.

Technology

Technology purchases over the last few years has enhanced instruction in ways such as promoting student collaboration, providing opportunities for research in the moment, and has allowed students to connect with other people outside of the classroom.

While technology has become a necessity in our instruction, it still remains a privilege. Student misuse of technology can result in revocation of devices at school and/or significant disciplinary action.

School Safety - Students

Use crosswalks Utilize Kiss and Go lane when possible Walk around the building to the

playground (staff coverage starting at 7:20)

Play/socialize until the train whistle bell

ALL students must enter through the courtyard entrance. We will greet

students there until 8:00 a.m.

School Safety - Parents

Park in parking lot or use Kiss and Go lane.

Parents may escort students around the

building to the playground.

Come to the front entrance and sign in if

you have school business (Dropping meds for

the nurse, volunteering, scheduled appointment with

Ways to help:

PTA understands and respects that fundraising is not for every family.

The great thing about our Aurora Quest

community is that there are many ways to contribute!

By volunteering your time, it is as beneficial if not more than financial contributions.

Without great volunteers like you none of these things are possible!

How can you get involved?

Come to the Volunteer Dessert Night on Thursday, August 20th at 6:00pm to sign up for any and all PTA sponsored events!

You don't have to be a paid member of the PTA to volunteer your time!

A portion of the $10 PTA membership fee comes back to Aurora Quest K-8 and gives you

the ability to vote at the meetings. Stop by our table for a copy of this information,

membership forms and important dates!
