Those who attended the benefit for Baby Zoey Kintigh were able to purchase lemonade, sold by 6 th grade students in Alison Kintigh’s class, as well as baked goods on April 15 at Wautoma High School. Selling lemonade to their 6 th grade teacher Valerie Stahl are students: Abby Peterman, Hayley Moore, and Olivia Eagan. Waushara Fitness Zumba Instructor JJ Rosin, Wautoma, leads the large group attending the Baby Zoey Kintigh Zumbathon in a dance. The Zumbathon was held at Wautoma High School to help raise funds for the medical expenses for Baby Zoey following her birth in May. On April 15, a Zumbathon was held at Wautoma High School to benefit Baby Zoey Kintigh who is due in early May to Thomas and Alison Kintigh (back row). Alison, a 6 th grade English teacher at Parkside Middle School, will be giving birth to Zoey who has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, a rare congenital heart defect in which the left heart is severely underdeveloped, as well as a defect in the veins leading from the lungs to the heart known as Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection. Over $3,600 was raised at the event. The benefit was held to help raise funds for the medical expenses for Baby Zoey following her birth in May.
