At 3:30 pm a car pulls into the bank parkinglot. Axxon-LPR registers the license plate as astolen car and automatically sends an alert topolice. As a man gets out o the car, his ace is

recognized by Axxon-Face as a wanted suspect.Another alert is sent to the police, and the doorsto the building are automatically locked andsecured by the buildings automation system.

Hotels

At 12:00 am a man and a woman walkseparately towards the hotel, and both areobserved by video surveillance. The Axxon-Face module recognizes the womans ace and

identif es her as a VIP customer according tothe CRM database. This triggers an alert onthe managers handheld device, so he promptlymeets the customer as she enters the lobby.Meanwhile, the man is identif ed by the Axxon-Face module and, according to the database,is a black-listed customer who is known tocause trouble. An automatic alert is sent to theront desk, as well as security personnel, whoprevent the man rom entering the hotel.

BusinessAt 7:00 pm, a company party takes place withsome VIP clients. The building automation is tiedto the access control system, which registershow many people are in the oice. Rather thanshutting o the air conditioning automatically at5:30, the system responds to how many people

are in the oice, and provides air conditioning

and resh air accordingly. When the partyis over, the air conditioning is automaticallyreduced and lights are automatically shut downto ensure energy eiciency.

Transportation

As the 4:15 cargo train pulls into the railwaystation, video cameras record and transmit itsrailway car numbers. The Axxon-LPR modulerecognizes the railway car numbers and ensuresthe train cars are numbered correctly. Each carscargo is identif ed by matching the numbers tothe dispatch database. Once the cargo trainhas stopped, the Axxon-LPR module sendsinstructions to Dispatch to unhook and dispersethe cargo cars to their various destinations.Meanwhile, Axxon Enterprise tracks cargo andon-time delivery statistics, and compiles theminto a weekly report.

Retail

At 5:00 in the aternoon, a retail store is oodedwith customers. As some customers stop to lookat merchandise displays, theyre recorded byvideo surveillance. When customers purchaseproducts, the data previously collected by theAxxon-Face module interacts with the Axxon-POS module, so it is noted which merchandisedisplays or in-store advertisements thecustomer observed beore heading to the cashregister. This data is then catalogued by theCRM system to be used or highly advancedmarketing and customer service at a later date.Meanwhile, at 5:01, a known shopliter attempts

to enter the store. Axxon-Face automaticallyrecognizes the shopliter and sends an alert tomanagers and sets o a security sensor, whichscares the shopliter away.

Raieisen Bank Aval, UkraineRaieisen Bank Aval is a branch o the global Raieisen International Bank, which serves nearly 4 million customers

and over 200,000 legal entities. Unortunately, Raieisens existing security system was unreliable - the system

ailed 3-4 times a month and needed to be re-started and re-conf gured each time. Every time this happened,

the bank was let without any security system at all: an extremely risky situation. In addition, the current security

providers ailed to provide the customer service and support necessary to keep the security system repaired and

running. As a result, the existing system was costing the bank time, money, and most o all, leaving it vulnerable

to robbery or attack. Raieisen Bank Avals technical specialists determined that Axxon Enterprise was the only

solution that could meet their specif c requirements.

Murmansk Sea Commercial Port, RussiaWith seventeen berths and a total o 120,000 square meters o outdoor storage space, Murmansk Sea Commercial

Port (MSCP) is the second-largest port in all o North-Western Europe. Ater approximately ten years o steady

growth, the ports management realized that some key issues were interering with the ports prof ts -- namely

quality control, cost ef ciency, damage and thet prevention, and f re saety. At the time, the ports management

was supported only by radio communication. Management also wanted a way to visually see the work being

done in real time, in order to evaluate procedures and ensure compliance with quality and saety standards. O all

the systems evaluated, Axxon Enterprise was the only one that could work with both the analog and IP cameras

integrated into the system. Axxon Enterprise now helps MSCP enorce f re saety throughout the port, detects

smoke and f re, and immediately alerts the f re department when an incidence occurs. Being able to supervise the

district visually in real-time also helps management make smarter, quicker decisions.

SaeCity, Moscow, RussiaHigh crime rates, as well as a recent hostage taking in the Dubrovka Theater Center, threatened Moscow. Two-

thirds o its residents elt unsae in the ace o crime. Only Axxon Enterprise oered a ully integrated platorm that

was robust enough to handle the citys needs. Axxon Enterprise enabled the city to expand its distributed video

surveillance network to create a comprehensive, multilevel system that protects sites including group dwellings, lie
