THE FOOL:1. is governed by feelings and desiresProverbs 13:16 Every prudent man acts out of knowledge, but a fool exposes his folly. Proverbs 21:20 In the house of the wise are stores of choice food and oil,
but a foolish man devours all he has.
2. doesn’t listen to othersProverbs 12:15 The way of a fool seems right to him, but a wise man listens to advice. Proverbs 18:2 A fool finds no pleasure in understanding but delights in airing his own
opinions.
3. won’t take correction and doesn’t learn from mistakes Proverbs 17:10 A rebuke impresses a man of discernment more than a hundred
lashes a fool.

WISDOM:1. God is the source, look to HimProverbs 2:6 For the LORD gives wisdom,
and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.
2. Fear GodProverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom,
and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
3. AskJames 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all
without finding fault, and it will be given to him.
