Welcome to Avera Leadership Essentials (LE) and Congratulations. We are privileged to support your leadership growth and development journey. The LE experience will focus on integrating the Avera Leadership Competencies and the Leadership Development core elements, Lead Myself, Lead My Team and Lead Avera. The framework for each of our sessions includes establishing the right mindset, engaging activities to increase relevance, opportunities to integrate the learning into the flow of your work and guidance to achieve meaningful results. This framework is intended to increase the probability that you will apply your learning to add measureable value, or impact, to your work to achieve organizational goals; it is centered on applying what you learn to achieve results!
