The basic skill levels for this program are: Math: grade 10, Language: grade 9, Reading: grade 9. Diploma/GED is not required for enrollment. Students must be at least 16 years of age. Uniform: Work pants without chains or buttons (no cutoffs), shop tops, oil and slip resistant work shoes (closed toed), clear safety glasses. Completion Requirements: A student must pass all required courses in the program and satisfy all attendance and financial obligations before he or she is eligible to receive a certificate of completion for the program. Costs: (The $30 student registration fee does not apply to this program, unless basic skill classes are needed).
