Our 2012 Summer Season has just come to an end. A special thanks to the summer staff that provided the guidance and supervision to all of the campers in attendance this summer. Their relationship with the campers was superb; they worked with enthusiasm, supported each other, and provided the best possible experience for each camper. Without this special group, camp would not have been the success that it was, for they are the ones who made the Happy Hollow Summer Camp sessions a huge success in 2012. Secondly, thanks to all of the volunteers, a record number of volunteers and volunteer hours have been provided this year, and a lot of projects have been completed or are currently in progress that have saved the camp a tremendous amount of expense. Finally yet importantly, thanks to all of the donors who have very generously supported Happy Hollow Camp this year. Despite the fact that our summer programs have concluded, we do have a very busy program this fall. Our continued efforts will focus on year-end funding to meet financial needs, providing programs and services to a variety of groups, while planning for 2013. Children are our future. By supporting Happy Hollow Camp, you help change the lives of children in need for the betterment of our communities. Our recently renovated facilities, a staff that really cares about youth, scholarship support for campers, and the environmental beauty in southern Brown County are just a few points of excellence that would not be possible without your generosity. Please consider a year-end gift that will help this legacy endure. Thank you for your kind support and continuing commitment to Happy Hollow Camp. Yours in Camping,

Bernard Schrader Executive Director

Remember Happy Hollow Children’s Camp with a Gift Of Support Our donors are truly the heart of the support system that sustains our mission—to

give economically disadvantaged children an opportunity to attend a summer camp where they can learn and have fun in a safe, supervised setting.

We count on your generosity all year long, but in these challenging times, your support is even more crucial than ever. Since 1951, more than 33,000 Central Indiana children have made the trip over winding Brown County roads to experience the adventures awaiting them at Happy Hollow. As the summer comes to an end, please consider a year-end gift that will help that legacy endure. Thank you for your kind support and continuing commitment to Happy Hollow.
